We loved staying here! The condo was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. My partner and I worked from the condo for a couple days, and we found it very comfortable. The location also can’t be beat, as it’s walking distance from everything. We can’t wait to come back!

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Close enough to the beach but far enough to be affordable. Nice amenities including laundry so you can pack light. We enjoyed the bed and the fold down sofa made for a perfect kids’ bed in the living room.

Beautiful Condo in DTVC

My husband and I were in town for his sister's wedding and we were so thrilled with the place! It had plenty of blankets, towels, and the best amenities. It was just a quick walk into town and we were so glad we stayed in town versus at the resort 20 minutes away.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, neat, well organized and very updated. The location is perfect in proximity to restaurants, shopping and other activities downtown. It's also a quick walk/jog from the Boardman Lake Loop Trail, which helped with running off all of the great food. Riley's comms were well timed and thorough. We've already recommended Capri and this condo specifically to a few friends that are coming in over the summer/fall.

Clean and convenient downtown TC location

This is a very nice one-bedroom apartment with easy parking. And very close to downtown traverse City. They also include a wonderful service that allows you to order food before you arrive and they put it away for you and it is waiting for you when you arrive at your apartment. That was very nice, so are the chocolates they left for me.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! The location is perfect for everything downtown. My only complaint is the pillows are super thick and gave us both neck aches so we had to buy a few pillows to use the rest of the stay. Other than that we really loved the rental!!
