Welcome to 9 First St, perfectly located only 100 yards from your favorite spot on Long Sands Beach! Ocean views can be yours from this beach house built in 2002 with 4+ bedrooms, 3 full baths, screened porch, and, of course, an outdoor shower! Great space for multiple families. Nice large kitchen with a large dining table for family meals and stools at the island. First floor sitting area, second floor 3+ bedrooms and the living room with TV, third floor is the master suit with full bath, walk in closet and additional bedroom. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Gas grill is available outside.

Great family stay

This house was great for our large family. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy and the walking distance to the beach was a huge plus!

Amazing location. Easily walkable to long sands but off the Main Street so perfect spot for our young kid crew. Bedroom lay out was great for those with bigger families. Clean. Everything we needed to make meals and an awesomely large dinner table for us to enjoy each others company. Only suggestion would be a “handbook” for the house and local recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beach getaway

Our family loved the house! We had plenty of room to spread out and we loved the huge dining room table- perfect for family meals! We hoped to be closer to the sandy part of the beach but ended up driving and parking.

1st Street in York

It was a beautiful house with plenty of room for extended family. The kids loved the foosball table. The kitchen was a great size and was stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this property

Beautiful convenient beach house

Beautiful house. Excellent location. Very well stocked kitchen!

We had a great time enjoying the house and the beautiful surrounding area. The lighthouse is even walkable for those who like long walks, 3 miles away.

Beach Life

My 3 generations of family stayed together at this lovely beach home. It was just a 3 minute walk to the beach even with a cart and pokey kids! The house was well stocked with essentials, had an awesome layout so each family unit had their own area to claim for the week, and we truly felt at home here. Great location!! We will definitely stay here again when we need a huge home to accommodate so many people again!

Perfect house

This property was perfect. We stayed with my two children under two, my parents, my in laws, and my niece. Everyone had their own space and own bathroom it was perfect. It was a great location and an easy walk to the beach especially with the two babies. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

It was my 40th bday and the first weekend since school got out so some teacher friends and family and I rented this great house. It’s really close to the beach. The only thing is you have to walk down the beach a bit to get away from the rocks. The house has everything and we loved playing the fun games and found ourselves gathered around the awesome table and the screened in porch a lot! Bathrooms were awesome, kitchen had everything! Even had a little laundry shoot! So cute! Outdoor shower didn’t have much privacy but was lovely! Plenty of chairs and boogie boards! Everything was just awesome!

York vacation

We had a great time at this property with our family. The location was perfect, quick walk to the beach & the outdoor shower was awesome after a long day at the beach. The porch was nice for sitting before dinner and relaxing & the bedrooms were a good size for all of us. I would recommend this home to any family.
