Great ocean view and location!

Beautiful updated 2 level unit that was incredibly clean and in a great location in the heart of Commercial Street. Private parking spot was nice too. We will definitely rent this again!

A perfect hidden gem of a sanctuary! Located really close by the ferry stop, no need to drive here. Walk everywhere from this spot. Monarch butterflies everywhere, gorgeous gardens and even better summer coastal beach weather. We had the best time, had immensely great rest and rejuvenation here, and will be looking ahead to another rental at this spot soon.

Nice place overall

Wrong address given for check-in, but host was quick to help. Place is very convenient and cozy. That said, for such a high price (esp for a non-event weekend), there were definitiely some details and amenities that should have been more attended to, and would be expected. Overall a great time, though look around: a similar experience, with the same locale/view, for a much better value, IS definitely available.

In a perfect location next to the park with a nice water view. Everything is walkable and parking is included. If you’re not good with lots of walking and stairs this might not be your best option. Otherwise loved it and will be back!
