The whole house has the original, historical red polished concrete floors, and decor that's true to Tucson: Mid-Century / Scandanavian / eclectic Arts & Crafts, with a bow to local treasure-hunting thrift culture.

But the best part might be the back yard. Two giant eucalyptus trees provide shade, and there's a fire pit, outdoor grill, al fresco bathtub and shower, and a sheltered area for outdoor dining. There's also a small freestanding studio in the back, available for guests to use as a 3rd sleeping space. Fully finished, it has sisal carpet, fresh paint, a new heater/AC mini-split, a double-pained windows, and a very comfy twin bed. Anyone who stays out there will share the kitchen and bathroom with the main house.
