The Space:

This family-friendly condo offers a straightforward, comfortable base for your Hilton Head getaway. With two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it works well for a small family or two couples with kids.

Both bedrooms have smart TVs for easy downtime. The primary suite includes an ensuite bath for added privacy. You’ll be in a resort community near the beach with access to indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub and sauna, a wellness gym, and outdoor BBQ areas with seating—great for relaxing after a day in the sun. Beach essentials are provided to help you make the most of your time on the sand.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided at the gate upon arrival. If you need more than one pass, please notify Grand Welcome prior to check-in.

• Building location: This condo is in Building 4 (the first building after the security kiosk) and is on the first floor above the parking level. See the community map for elevator and stairwell locations.

• Elevator/Stairs: There is an elevator in the building, operated by building management. Availability can vary due to maintenance outside our control. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable.

• Laundry: The washer and dryer are card-operated (credit/debit only).

• Pets: This home is not pet-friendly.

• Community amenities (pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, BBQ areas, and beach access) are within the resort community. Availability and hours are set by the community/HOA.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
