Your luxurious, air conditioned, waterfront vacation home awaits! Enjoy balmy warm breezes blowing in from the West Grand Traverse Bay while you relax on the beach, go kayaking, sit on the deck or warm up in the SAUNA or HOT TUB. We even have a hot/cold outdoor shower. (Hot tub and outdoor shower available May 15 through October 31 Only.)

Our home has a unique 2 story great room with floor to ceiling windows and a brick natural fireplace. There are hardwood floors throughout this home so it is also great for allergy sufferers. There is a great open entertainment space between the kitchen, dining room, and living room with an abundance of natural light and West Bay views. Enjoy our 3 BR, 2.5 BA in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our home has a full length, bay side, Trex deck with a 2-person swing, 4-person iron patio set, adirondack chairs and a propane grill. There is also a fire pit/chairs in the backyard, four cushioned chaise loungers on the beach and a four person hot tub located on the second story of our Trex deck. Enjoy Bay views from almost every room in the house and all the conveniences of home including a dishwasher, microwave, new full size fridge, gas stove and oven, and full size washer and dryer.

Accommodations include; a queen sized tempurpedic bed in the huge upper level master bedroom with a private full bath and attached loft containing another queen sized bed, a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a fold out queen sofa bed in the second floor loft. Eight people would be very comfortable.. A Pack-n-play is also available for little ones.

This Property is in immaculate condition and will provide the most private and quiet vacation spot.

Sorry, NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND are allowed in the home or on the Property.

No smoking is permitted in our home or on the Property.

No parties or events are permitted in our home or on the Property.

Safety feature: There is a camera mounted above front door which views front porch, driveway and street!

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:
E-CHECK/Credit Card: We accept credit card for payments through the VRBO Online Payment System.

PAYMENT TERMS: 50% of rental amount (including fees and taxes) due at time of booking, 50% plus $1000 security deposit hold due 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made up to 60 days in advance of check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days in advance of check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will NOT be eligible for a refund.

Please see notes under House Rules for more information. Our rental agreement will be forwarded to you upon reservation request acceptance by owner. Failure to sign our rental agreement will result in cancellation of your reservation.
