The open-concept living space features a dramatic 24-foot fireplace, 65-inch smart TV, dining area, and loft with game table. Step out to a full-length deck overlooking the lake for relaxing or grilling or enjoy the wraparound screened porch with dining table for games or alfresco meals. With 2,200 sq. ft. (plus basement entertainment room), comfortable sleeping for 10 guests includes:
• 3 bedrooms: two with queen beds, one with double bunk (twin over double and twin pullout)
• Loft area: queen futon and child-size chair futon
Upstairs, spa-like relaxation awaits in the spacious primary suite featuring a queen bed with luxury organic mattress topper, comfy organic cotton sheets and en-suite bath with two-person jetted tub and separate shower. Sip morning coffee or afternoon refreshments on the private balcony with peaceful lake views.
The loft area offers versatile space with a game table, WFH office setup with dual monitors, queen futon, and pullout chair. The main floor offers a queen bedroom with organic sheets, armoire and closet, second bedroom with twin-over-double bunk, twin pullout dresser and closet and full bath.
In the unfinished basement entertainment room, challenge friends on the 14-foot custom shuffleboard table, aim for bullseyes at the dart board, enjoy the ping pong or foosball table and nostalgic arcade with 60 classic games, then wind down by the cozy wood stove with TV and 100+ movie library. For a workout, use the Bowflex and free weights.
Outdoors, relax by the firepit with lake views, gaze at the stars, or head down to your private dock for fun on the lake. Explore in the canoe, paddleboard, single and tandem kayaks or take a leisurely paddleboat cruise. Then, challenge your crew to a game of cornhole, volleyball, or badminton.
Just a short drive away, you'll find a variety of restaurants and local gems—including the picturesque town of Wolfeboro on Lake Winnipesaukee (20 minutes), with dining, breweries, boutique shopping, and spas.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the many nearby trails including Appalachian Mountain Club, Seven Lakes Snowmobile Club, or golfing at Indian Mound and Province Lake. Winter sports lovers can ski 20 minutes away at King Pine Resort. North Conway (45 scenic minutes away), offers skiing, outlet shopping, a vibrant food and brewery scene, hiking trails, Cog Railway, and other year-round activities.
Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an action-packed adventure, our lake house is perfect for creating unforgettable memories with family and friends.
