The perfect location

This condo is located directly on the beach. We sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins swim in the Gulf. It is paradise. It is an easy walk to the restaurants. If you are staying here, remember to bring your own toilet paper, coffee filters, shampoo and soap.

Definitely Recommend!

Great location with close and easy access to the beach- literally steps from the parking lot and building itself. Made it easy to run to the room for snacks or a forgotten item. 8th floor view is wonderful and highly recommended since the pool is directly down from the balconies. The higher up, the further you are from the sounds of the kids playing in the pool. There are only 9 floors on the property which we loved as far as minimal lines waiting for the elevator, parking and the beach crowdedness itself.

The view is the only positive This property is old and needs many updates. Appliances, light fixtures are old. Furniture is old and dirty. When you sit on couch it sinks to the hideaway bed springs. Portion of ceiling was peeling bad and falling to floor upon arrival. Bathroom sink was clogged so bad that plunging and liquid drano didn't open it fully. Bathtub drain nasty. Elevator inspection certificate expired 01/30/2026, last inspected 01/30/2025. Parking is very limited with only 26 spots for 30 units, 2 nights during stay had to park at property next door hoping not to get towed. Third day there, keyless door entry wouldn't unlock. Was locked out for over 2 hours for locksmith to come and replace battery and cut key. Codes never did work after. Other units had extra key boxes in stairwell, this one didn't for whatever reason. For what this condo cost for our 10 day stay, was very disappointed in the condition. Check-in is precisely at 4pm, arrived 3:45 was offered early check-in for 50. Was told property needed to be properly inspected for arrival. Obviously no pre-inspection process was completed before our arrival. Property management company did communicate on all the issues but all this would have been avoided if the pre inspection process was actually performed before our arrival. Have stayed at many ocean properties. This was our worst stay in 20 years coming to the coast yearly.

We're genuinely sorry your stay fell short of expectations—especially regarding the maintenance issues, parking difficulties, and keyless entry problems. The parking and the elevators are run by the building and we have communicated with them on the issues. We also now have a lock box installed and do apologize for this lock issue.
