Você encontrou neste local fantástico em Traverse City em Spider Lake uma área muito tranquila e serena. Tippicanoe possui 6 quartos e banheiros 3-1 / 2. Falar de espaço para se espalhar pode encontrar aqui. O Tippicanoe recebe até 14 pessoas nesta casa de 2 andares, além de andar mais abaixo.

O nível principal tem um espaçoso atualizado sala de estar / cozinha combinação com uma excelente vista sobre o lago. Grande TV de tela plana com cabo. Saia para o grande deck à direita da sala de estar. Cozinha totalmente equipada com fogão a gás, máquina de lavar louça e todas as ferramentas que você precisa para preparar refeições para toda a família. Há também uma lareira a lenha na sala de estar.

No nível principal, existem 2 quartos (1 rei, 1 rainha) cada um destes quartos apresentam "Smart / não TV a cabo s, 1 casa de banho completa e 1 lavabo. No andar de cima tem uma cama king size e banheiro completo. No nível inferior walk-out, há três quartos-1 rainha, 2 twins, 2 gêmeos e 1 casa de banho completa. Ótimo família / sala de jogos para sair. Jogue sinuca, shuffle board ou pac-man e relaxe com uma grande tv a cabo! Área de varanda fechada fora do quarto da família de nível inferior com vista para a água.

Ao ar livre não pode ser batida. Há espaço para jogar e 90 'de lago para se divertir um pouco de água. A praia é um pouco mole e a areia fica mais dura à medida que você vai para o lago. Há dois barcos a remo, 4 caiaques e uma canoa para diversão na água e para sair para a jangada de natação! Alugue um pontão e não deixe de fazer um passeio e visitar as pequenas ilhas deste lago. Faz um piquenique divertido! Se você está trazendo seu próprio barco, o lançamento do barco é na mesma rua. Há uma doca e até um barco 22 'pode ser amarrado a ele. O Elmbrook Golf Course fica a 8 km de distância. Há muito o que fazer no grande norte.

Fun times at Tippacanoe Lodge

Three different families celebrating a big birthday & being all together. Every one of us loved our time spider Lake, from swimming to kayaking to having grandma shuttle the kids to the swim platform in the paddle boat! The layout of the house was perfect for us!

Great place for a big family

There is plenty of room for the 13 of us and the dock, swimming dock, and water craft were enjoyed by all. The kitchen is well stocked and we made all of our meals there.

Birthday Celebration in Traverse City

Our family of 11 gathered from Florida, Texas, Colorado and Michigan for a 50th birthday celebration. The property was a PERFECT fit for our group. The young ones had their own level with plenty of spacious bedrooms and a room full of games to keep them occupied while the adults gathered upstairs. The house is huge, well furnished and well supplied (but never could find tissues!). It was cool during our stay but that didn't stop the kids from enjoying the kayaks and paddleboat.

Peaceful and beautiful.

We did a quick trip to the area with family. We had a great time playing pool, shuffleboard and table games. The main floor is huge with a gorgeous view. We were disappointed the kayaks were not available until memorial weekend with 70 degree weather, but we had fun exploring the area. The deer came on the property and we heard owls and loons. It’s a short drive to town. The wooded setting is awesome!

Perfect and stacked with everything you need!

We loved our stay! So much for the younger adults to do downstairs and a peaceful place upstairs. Clean, updated and would love to stay again!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO! Not only was there plenty of beds/bedrooms, but there was a great deal of space for everyone to relax and have multiple activities going on at once (playing cards upstairs and playing games or watching a movie downstairs, etc.). The balconies/decks were also very spacious and the view of the lake was beautiful. We were lucky to be there when the Northern Lights were visible and there was a meteor shower and the display was unfogettable. I couldn't recommend this VRBO more!

Family Vacation at Tippicanoe Lodge near Traverse City

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic week on Spider Lake. The weather was perfect. Tippicanoe Lodge was perfect. Our group consisted of eight adults and four boys, ages 5-7 years old.The bedrooms and baths were great. The kitchen, dining area, and living space were open, so there was plenty of room for everyone to gather. The kitchen was well-equipped, had two refrigerators, and a pantry. We utilized the laundry every day.There is a two-car garage that we used for storing gear we brought. There is a large deck overlooking the lake, and it is well-shaded. We utilized the dock and the swim platform each day. We used the fire ring each evening.We planned most meals and found everything we needed at Oleson's grocery. There were a couple of big take-out orders from Peegeo's. And a fantastic meal at Jolly Pumpkin.We spent a day at Clinch Park on the bay, but other than that, we weren't out as much as we expected. The little ones were busy at the lodge. They loved the hot tub. We brought along a fishing boat, which got a lot of use by many people every day. The lodge offers a pedal boat, several kayaks, and a canoe. We had most of those in the lake each day. The little boys had success fishing from the dock and the swimming platform each morning and night. We made trips to the sandbar near one of the islands.There are many wonderful memories from our stay together last week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Spider Lake and the amenities at the Tippicanoe Lodge.

Gorgeous property

Plenty of room for everyone, great lake views, lots of games, kayaks and paddle boats we could use. Loved the firepit by the water. Well stocked kitchen. Great communication with the rental company.

Great house on Spider Lake

Our group enjoyed the overall location and spaciousness of this lake house. It's close to everything we wanted to do, plus was in a beautiful setting on top of it! The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some. Beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have garage access to store our bicycles. We would definitely stay here again.

And the location near Traverse City, Glenn Lake, Sutton’s Bay, and Lake Michigan made for something fun and different to do each day of the week.

Iceman bike race 2021

The house was spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for 10 adults. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a feast. The game room was a great place to relax and have fun. The property manager was attentive and helpful with all of our questions and requests. The view from the main level of the lake was amazing. Definitely will come back and stay here again next year.

Relaxing Stay

Great Get-Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is well appointed and lovely. Kitchen has all needed gadgets except for a blender. The 2 king beds are devine! The other beds are not comfortable at all for adults and could use an upgrade (memory foam toppers are amazing and inexpensive hint hint!). We enjoyed the canoe and the firepit.

Great Couples Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was on a beautiful lake. The house accommodated our larger group very easily. It was in a great location only 15 minutes from downtown and plenty of room for all. The basement had a nice set up with additional games and such which was a nice touch. Firepit overlooking the lake was great as well. The only thing I would say is that the home needs some updating and certain things need to be replaced. Otherwise, it was a great time for our group!

Wonderful vacation home on the lake.

We had 9 family members. 3 of them where teen boys. They took the 3 basement bedroom. It was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The house was only 10 to 15 min from town. The outside water items and dock worked well. We even rented a pontoon and the dock was right there. My only suggestion for company would be that we had to purchase batteries for tv remotes and garbage bags. One of the bathroom lights above mirror had 4 blown out bulbs. These were small and no big deal. One of our favorites was all the fridge storage. We did more cooking on grill and eating at home then eating out. The table seating all 9 of it was my mother in laws favorite. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Great, but with issues not addressed

House and location were great. Everything VRBO advertised was accurate. Accommodated 11 mature adults Living area roomy: kitchen well stocked. Issues: Living area VERY dark. 2 lamps with 3 way capability and 60 w bulbs: one overhead chandelier did not work: leaking shower head: remotes missing batteries: driveway plowed, but not scraped; therefore very icy. Dishwasher did not work. Three calls to Up North Rental Vacations to report issues: One call spoke with Lindsay who said owner would be by to address issues. Two calls re dishwasher: left messages. NO RESPONSE FROM UP NORTH RENTALS. Customer service lacking and therefore we will neither return to nor recommend this property.
