The living space features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, chair, mounted flatscreen TV, gorgeous golf view through large windows and access to the back deck. The updated kitchen boasts white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and is equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen, is the perfect area for sharing meals and offers access to the screened porch.

Upstairs, you will find the primary suite, which features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The first floor has two additional bedrooms.
