Coquina Moorings 102 Amazing Sunrise And Directly Across From The Beach

Coquina Moorings, located at 1407 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach offers the best of all worlds. This bay front complex features a beautiful heated pool directly on the bay and a boat dock for fishing enthusiasts or bring your boat, this property has a boat slip that comes with it. Immediately across the street is the white, sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious unit features two bedrooms, two baths and a den/third bedroom. There is a large screened lanai off the living room and master bedroom with spectacular bay views. An additional smaller lanai off the guest bedroom features wonderful views of the Gulf. This is a great unit to watch both the sunrise AND the sunset!
All amenities are provided for your convenience in addition to wireless high speed internet with free long distance calling. It sleeps six comfortably with a king size bed, a queen bed and a sofa bed in the den. This unit provides beach chairs and beach towels.

This is a very popular Bradenton Beach complex so you’ll want to book early.

Coquina Moorings is a one week minimum rental please.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great ! The dishwasher was full of clean dishes so we had to inlaid before loading. The air conditioning was great but the bedrooms did not have fans for air circulation. The rental company brought us one. We love the location, views, and pool. We would definitely stay her again and recommend it to others.

The condo has a good view of the bay and the ocean and sunsets are wonderful from the front lanai. If your a boater/ fisherman the bay dock is perfect and very solid. Although not directly on the beach, you are only a minute across the street. Everything is in the condo for your needs.

Family Vacation

I frequently come to AMI because my parents are snowbirds and live about 15 miles away. When visiting in the winter months we always said we would like to come back and stay in the summer. I am glad that we found this place. It was perfect for the 5 of us. The views of sunrises on the bay, and sunsets on the ocean if you did not want to leave your room. We did walk to the dock in the mornings and watched the sunrise and even saw dolphins. The room had what we needed including items for the beach like beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. The freezer was equipped with an ice maker which was nice to fill our drinks and cooler for the day. We did not cook in the room, but the little bit of things that we did need or use they had available the kitchen. The very short walk right across the street to go to the beach was perfect. Hanging out in the pool was nice and it was never crowded. The only negative thing I have to say is that the place has carpet throughout (except kitchen, bathroom). I did not have a vacuum only a broom. I felt that with as much as going in and out, even though we could wash our feet off the carpet (and it was worn) was not clean! Yes, I would stay again, just not a fan of the carpet. The place was spectacular, had tons of space for my myself, my husband, my parents, and my teenager. The communication leading up to the vacation was minimal, but throughout the stay was great, The front door was very tricky, and difficult to use, but we finally got it.

All together the condo was ok. The location is by far the best aspect. The lighting is very bad in the condo and it’s very dated. Check in and out process was very simple.

Great location between beach and bay!

The condo was a little dated but it was clean and had a small den that works as a 3rd bedroom if needed with a couch. Only negative would be that there are no ceiling fans. Location was awesome. Just a few steps from the beach and the bay with fishing pier and boat docks.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with another couple. Our rental unit had plenty of room for four adults. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning did not work very well in the smaller queen size bedroom. When we used the dishwasher it leak water all over the floor so we did not use it again! We did not have a blow dryer in our rental. I guess I assumed there would've been one there. They could use more umbrellas by the pool. There is only one table with an umbrella and with the heat being in the upper 80's you really needed more shade!The rental unit did not provide any umbrellas to take to the ocean. It was a little disappointing not having umbrellas to take to the ocean. We stayed at a different property a few years back and that unit provided umbrellas etc. for the ocean. So now I know to ask ahead of time what is provided in each unit.This property was a little out dated but was still very nice! I would definitely go back to this rental property again!

Good that it was clean, but it smelled kind of musty and took several days to dry. Could have used a fan or dehumidifier. I would, and may, rent again.
