The Tram (for easy access to all Nice attractions) is right under the building, the closest beach (Lanterne) is a 15 min walk away, the airport is a 20 min walk, and the train station (with easy access to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, and many other destinations in France and Italy) is a 20 min walk.
