Condo was clean but lacked a few items in the kitchen. Not much of a view from the deck but it is quiet!! Overall a great location. Host was very responsive to all questions. Car had one headlight out. I replaced both lights. The host made an immediate reimbursement for the new headlights. Car only had 1/2 tank of gas so we left it with 1/2 tank for the next renter. Car and Condo is an excellent combo price that’s hard to beat. We would rent again.

First I want to say it is incredible value and generous of the host to provide a car. The place isn’t renovated nor the best unit for view in the complex but at this price point if you complain about that you need to give your head a shake. However, host needs to find a new cleaner. If you are taller than 5’8” you could see on top of the fridge had years worth of dust collected. Lizard (or mice) droppings in cabinets. And then there was the cockroach infestation. Finally pulled the fridge out ourselves and cleaned behind it as that’s where they were coming from with their larvae. Some cleanliness and addressing the infestation would have resulted in a 5 star review from me. PS whatever you need to charge to provide more than 2/3 of a toilet paper roll for the whole week, charge that.

We decided to book this property for a little staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It seemed like the perfect place to relax, especially with the pool and spa facilities. However, when we arrived on the first day and tried to use the pool and spa, we were disappointed to find out that the spa was broken. To make matters worse, it had apparently been broken for months. Additionally, the condo seemed like it hadn't been used in a while, with rubbish outside on the lanai and lizard droppings everywhere. The owner had promised that the car that came with the property would have a full tank of gas, but it was empty. Not to mention, the car was dirty and smelled like smoke.Finally, the lever to turn on the shower head was unfortunately broken and the shower curtain hooks were not very reliable. It was quite frustrating as the curtain would always come off whenever you tried to close it.

This is a guest who broke so many rules that we received multiple complaints from the association and the neighbors. They tried to roast a pig on the condo grounds as part of a big family party. They invited multiple guests to join them in the pool enclosure which was violating the 4 person rule. The lanai was not dirty. It was the one below our unit. We have no control over that. We reimbursed the guest for the amount of gas that was missing from the gas tank. Occasionally this happens and we always take care of it. That was not mentioned. This guest was disgruntled because he caused so many problems during his stay. We make every effort to address any concern or problem that might occur.
