This level also includes a cozy secondary living area with a TV, as well as a table and seating for four—perfect for games, snacks, or a quiet break from the main living space. A full bathroom with a shower completes the lower level.

The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring comfortable leather seating, a large TV with cable, and a DVD/Blu-ray player for relaxing evenings in. The dining area comfortably seats 6–8 guests, with additional bar seating for four at the kitchen counter—ideal for gathering, dining, and entertaining.

Rental Information:

Summer availability is extremely limited due to local ordinance restrictions allowing only two rental weeks per year. During the summer season, rentals are offered on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.

The home is also available for extended off-season stays from October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 at a monthly rate of $2,500 plus utilities (internet, gas, and electric). Owners will continue to cover lawn care and snow removal, providing a worry-free experience year-round.
