🔔After booking, please provide your email address so we can send you a guest registration form. This will allow you to retrieve your parking pass from the association.
🔔Pool tags will be provided for access to the community pool area.
🔔If you use the Pinellas Bayway (the road connecting St. Petersburg to St. Pete Beach), you'll pass through a toll plaza. If you don't have a SunPass, the toll will be billed to your vehicle using Toll-By-Plate based on your license plate. You do not need a SunPass to get to St. Pete Beach.

Perfect vacation all around!. Area is beautiful.and convenient. Community is immaculate and condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a great week of poolside days as well as beach days! Thanks for sharing this great vacation spot with us. We're disappointed by the 2-star review, especially after the effort we made to resolve this matter fairly. The damage to the bathroom towel rack was never reported during your stay. In fact, it was only after our cleaning team discovered the damage and we contacted you that you shared your belief that the towel rack had already been loose. Our handyman inspected the damage and advised that it was consistent with the towel rack being used as a grab bar, requiring drywall repair, patching, painting, and reinstallation. Although we believed the repair charge was justified, we still worked with the owner and issued a $100 goodwill refund as a gesture of good faith. We feel the 2-star rating does not accurately reflect either the overall stay or our sincere efforts to resolve the situation professionally.
