Due to strict occupancy regulations, please DO NOT extend your pool and hot tub privileges to anyone NOT staying at RNR or the Ship n Shore Hotel.
Check-out is 11:00am to allow staff time to clean. An additional $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes the room or parking space remains occupied.
ONLY 1 parking space PER CONDO. USE YOUR DESIGNATED SPACE ONLY DURING YOUR STAY (3pm-11am) Parking violations may result in towing at owners expense.

I retired from 20 years in the investment and insurance business when we moved here and decided to make nesting my new profession! I had been looking for the perfect endeavor and hosting visit's to RNR is a perfect fit! I love sharing my favorite place on earth and helping build special memories, one guest at a time!

LOCATION! It doesn't get better than this! We are building a new bar/restaurant across the street at the Ship n Shore Hotel, which will be open Spring 2018! You will have exclusive access to best spot on the water! This will be the only place you can have a Pina Colada by the pool, and watch the town float by!

What makes this property unique

Having access to the BEST pool in town at the Ship n Shore Hotel is what makes this property unique! Walk across the street to enjoy what Saugatuck is famous for! You can sit poolside and enjoy views of Mt. Baldhead, The Star of Saugatuck Paddle Boat and The Saugatuck Chain Ferry. This pool is located at the bottleneck of the town! It is the perfect place to watch the town and boats go by and the ONLY POOL ON THE WATER IN SAUGATUCK! Location is very important, and this spot puts the town at your doorstep. Concerts in the the park, rentals, charter boat fishing, shopping and restaurants surround you, at this water front location. I am also very excited to offer my nesters various add on options to make each trip to RNR special! Let me know if you want flowers in the room and an amazing cake for two in your fridge upon arrival..or if you would like to book a couples massage, I have found the best of the best and deliver it to you!
