Our property is perfectly situated to experience the very best of a Truckee summer. Spend your days on the water at nearby Donner Lake, which offers public piers for swimming, premier fishing, and beautiful beaches at Donner Memorial State Park. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike the scenic Commemorative Emigrant Trail or enjoy a family-friendly bike ride along the paved Truckee River Legacy Trail.

The home features on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles, with space for 5 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Paved walking and biking paths can be found throughout the greater Truckee area for daytime recreation.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
