Cindy was very friendly & a helpful host! She took time to answer questions & share some key places to visit. She helped us figure out what controls to use to operate the TV & responded in a timely manner! We had an issue with Spectrum not working a couple days but never reached out for help because we were too busy going places. It did resume service on its own. The condo was very nice, great for 2 people & you can prepare all your meals there, we did most of ours there! The refrigerator was plenty big, too! I really appreciated the starter supply of very good Kauai Coffee to try & plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, & TP, too! We used the laundry facilities on site, took a while to figure out the app needed to use machines (IT isn’t our strength) but it was convenient to have it just down the hall.The AC unit is just in the front room, it mostly kept that area cool. We recognize it can get hot & humid there. The bedroom felt much warmer & humid with just a ceiling fan in the room. We kept drapes closed to help some. Great location to take day trips all over the island plus walk to get groceries, drug store needs, souvenirs, or go out to eat! Beaches & other island attractions were close by plus the condo has 3 onsite pools & hot tubs to enjoy!So appreciated the 2 beach chairs, towels, cooler, and sunscreen to borrow. They had a beach bag we never needed.It’s a great home base to stay & relax and explore the beautiful Kauai Island! Aloha!
