This cozy backyard cottage was designed as a readers retreat located in the same neighborhood as to Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo. Walking distance to the heart of North Park known for its breweries, nightlife, unique restaurants, cozy coffee shops and quirky stores. Take a shortcut through the park for quick downtown access. This cottage has a lofted bedspace accessed by ladder, a large bathtub with a shower, free WIFI, in-unit washer dryer and a small kitchenette. It has a backyard entry. The backyard is shared backyard with Luna who is the bestest good girl and mellow dog. Visit the infamous Verbatim bookstore and cozy up with a good book, or enjoy San Diego's beautiful beaches they are only only a short drive away!
