Courtside 97 is a favorite among repeat guests with it's close proximity to the pool and short walk to the beach. This unit is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van Der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This condo has recently been renovated and offers wireless internet. The Courtside and Island House community pools are not heated and are closed for swimming from October 1 until April 1. Courtside Parking is limited to two cars.

WONDERFUL VACATION!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great and peaceful place to stay. Beach is close. Pool is great. Savannah is just an hour away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three of us stayed for a week in September of 2026. We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness. We have stayed in many condos and this one was very similar in accommodations.It could use hooks in the baths, more washcloths and hand towels, and more kitchen towels. TV instructions would have been helpful. An update on the online description of things provided would also be helpful.
