Was a great base for my 50th high school reunion. Nice neighborhood and felt very safe. Of course, being so close to the mountains was a plus. Host was extremely responsive and so friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked (we cooked breakfasts and lunches there.) We enjoyed the back patio (didn't use the grill, but it was available. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to restaurants, hiking, downtown. We didn't have kids or pets, but the house is set up for that as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Great location

The space was perfect for a family reunion, including kids and a family dog. We had all lived just down the street about 20 years ago, do it was great to be back in our old neighborhood. We visited in mid July and were concerned about the lack of AC. But the home stayed cool even with temperatures in the upper 80s.

Super charming home in great location! The home was very clean and stocked with everything needed. The host messaged us before we checked in and let us know they added AC units to each room which made it very comfortable in the summer heat. My children loved the game room and all of the toys/activities for outside as well. While we did not bring any pets, it was obvious that the host put a lot of thought into making the home pet friendly and included many things for them. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood with short drives to pikes peak, garden of the gods and cheyenne mountain zoo. We will definitely be staying here again if we visit Colorado Springs in the future!

We rented two houses that were hosted by Krista for a group of friends attending a large wedding at the Broadmoor. She was very easy to deal with and responded quickly to any communication. The house was pretty cool 50's retro renovation with a really nice, shady large backyard.
