Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed; refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on mountain operations, weather, snow conditions, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form is required after booking.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Very welcoming! Super close to pool/hot-tub… literally just down the stairs. Walkable to the main ski area just up the road. Restaurant nearby.

Wonderful little condo! Gave us a great view of the fall colors right from the porch. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace every evening with the crisp fall air. Would certainly stay here again.

The host was very easy to deal with and willing to help when needed. She responded quickly to messages via the VRBO app.The condo was cute and had everything we needed for a family of 5!Location was awesome - right on the slopes, right next to free firewood, close to pool and hot tub. It was also nice to be close the Moguls restaurant.The view of Moose Mountain and the gondola was gorgeous! Loved the wood burning fireplace - we used it every night!Very reasonably priced compared to other condos on the mountain.

I had Shayla IM helping me along the way. I had help all the way from days before arriving, the day of arrival, checking in, checking in is during the stay, and checking out. Condo was clean and everything was nice and convenient for our ski in and out vacation.

We were given all the information that we needed. It could have been much cleaner. There was food around the garbage can and wasn't vacuumed well. The dishes had old food on them and it was very dusty. Location is great.
