please know that this property is not as described. we were a party of 4 with livingroom seating for 3. You do not have access to control the AC and there were no fans in the upstairs bedrooms. there is 1 full bath and 2 half baths The TV didn't work and we had to watch via our computer. The ice maker didn't work, there were no ice trays so had to buy ice. There were no silverware knives and the property is poorly maintained and there is no view of the water. we were very disappointed with this choice.

This is very subjective review. We never claimed that the house has water view. We are few blocks from the bay, and walking distance from the downtown. The guest had issues reading instructions. TV is operational and AC control unit is just next to it. The refrigerator is new with ICE making system. Please do not be confused with this review. Trust our instructions and accurate description.
