The homeowners were fantastic to work with and made accommodations easily for changes last minute. The house was great and had everything you needed for your stay. It was just as advertised. I would recommend this stay for family or friends/couples get away. We all had a great time at the house and down on the dock as well. So close to nearby cities for food and entertainment too! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful new home. Everything was clean, accurate to the listing. The home is great for a family or friends get away, it has lake access, different areas to hang and drink coffee... or wine, a game area for the kids. Tryon is a charming town right around the corner. We were there with our work group displaying at the Equestrian center, which is amazing to visit. We love this area and enjoying coming back every year. Hopefully we will be able to stay at the Bullock's listing again.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Rebeca and Jeff’s place with our family (and dogs!). The property is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Driving into the community along the winding roads already sets the tone, and when you arrive at the house, the view truly takes your breath away—especially with the large windows overlooking the treetops.The home itself was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were very comfortable, and the decor and bedding felt high-end and inviting. They really had everything you could need—from kitchen appliances and cookware to streaming services, towels, indoor games, and even lake gear like paddle boards and kayaks. It made the entire weekend feel easy and stress-free.Rebeca and Jeff were also fantastic hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process.The lake is quiet and relaxing, which we loved. Just a small note: there is a bit of a walk down to the dock, and it’s uphill on the way back, so it’s helpful to bring what you need in one trip.We especially enjoyed spending time on the back deck (the outdoor couch is incredibly comfortable) and around the fire pit area. There are also hiking options nearby, which we were able to check out during our stay.Overall, this is a fantastic property with great hosts. We would absolutely stay here again!

We are from Fort Mill, SC, just outside of Charlotte. We love having guests at our lake house while we are busy and can’t enjoy it ourselves. We try to have everything we need at the house so we can just jump in the car and go. We hope you find it as amazing as we do.

Why they chose this property

Being at the lake makes the time slow down. We love just relaxing on the water, listening to the kids laugh, playing games and just relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We love the hiking on many of the local trails, the wonderful Carolina wineries and local breweries, Tryon Equestrian center, and the local restaurants and coffee shops.

What makes this property unique

Our house is brand new and custom built to include all the luxuries of everyday life. We are right on the lake with private access. We have not only tried to use all of the top end appliances and finishing but we carry that throughout the house with our quality furniture, linens and the everyday day needs you find here in the house. Walking into the home, we have a full open concept with a back wall of windows overlooking the lake and the tree tops. We have 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor as well as a full covered porch for lounging and dining. The basement includes a bunk room that sleeps 8 and a full bathroom ensuite. The balance of the basement is committed to games and relaxation. The back porch has ping pong and grilling. Just a few steps beyond the back porch, you will find our fire pit area as well as the path down to the lake.
We have private dock access to Lake Adger, a fire pit, kayaks and paddle boards for our guest to enjoy while they visit. Our basement includes pop a shot, video games, board games, books, and areas to just relax and watch TV.
We are minutes away for Tryon Equestrian Center, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, vineyards and orchards. There are loads of things to do in the area if you chose to get out there and enjoy.
