All of your favorite activities are just a short walk from the villa. Travel + Leisure Family magazine named this 2,000-acre paradise the #1 family resort in the United States.

This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath, 2nd floor villa with new flooring is only 3 tenths of a mile to the beach. It offers a fully-equipped kitchen as well as large living and dining areas. This villa offers two master suites each with two Queen beds, new flat screen tv's, full bathrooms and views. Free wireless internet is offered during your stay. Plenty of closet space throughout.

The kitchen being fully equipped with all the necessities of home (cookware, dishes, glassware, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster refrigerator, oven, garbage disposal), also includes a washer/dryer. The dining room has ample seating with views. The living room area has a large flat screen tv and ample seating. The room opens up to the beautiful and scenic balcony overlooking the 11 mile salt water lagoon. Enjoy your cup of coffee or outdoor dinner on the large balcony, while watching the Egrets and hummingbirds fly over the lagoon as the sun sets. An outdoor BBQ with a smoker now sits just outside our front door. Feel free to use it, please clean up after your finished!

This Palmetto Dunes location is easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the FREE Palmetto Dunes Buggy (seasonal) to help get you around anywhere within Palmetto Dunes or across the street to Shelter Cove to catch the summer fireworks.

Palmetto Dunes also has 3 championship golf courses, a wonderful Centre Court community pool (only steps outside your door) and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (FREE 2 hours of tennis or pickleball included with rental). The great thing about this location is it’s just a short walk on a private pathway across the 11 mile lagoon to the General Store for general provisions, Alexander's Restaurant for an outstanding dinner, and the Outfitters Center that has kayaks, canoes, bikes plus beach and fishing gear. There are 8 restaurants located within Palmetto Dunes to suit your dining needs.

Golfers have the benefit of the three world-class golf courses within Palmetto Dunes; Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio (which is about 500 yards from our villa) and Arthur Hills. All together, there are about 27 semi-private award-winning and public courses in the Hilton Head Island area for you to choose.

If biking is what you want to do, Hilton Head has miles and miles (more than 50 miles) of paved bicycle paths. Bring your own bike, or for your convenience, bike rentals are available at Palmetto Dunes Outfitters Rental Shop.

The Palmetto Dunes private beach is 3+ miles long and is considered by many to be the finest beach on Hilton Head. The Beach is an easy 5 minute stroll from our villa. Once there, you have access to the Palmetto Dunes/Disney Recreation Pavilion for free parking, picnic tables & grill, a snack bar, and restrooms.
