Welcome to our charming Nantucket cottage — a thoughtfully designed 2+ bedroom, 2 bath retreat in the heart of Monomoy. Every detail has been curated for comfort & style, from 100% cotton bedding to a freshly stocked kitchen & cozy dual-sided fireplace. Enjoy amenities like central air, blackout blinds, smart TV, washer & dryer, and a beautiful bar cart for relaxed cocktails by the fire or on the deck. A new desk & chair provide a dedicated work space for those who can work remote. Unwind with an outdoor shower & newly constructed mahogany deck. Outside enjoy coffee on an overstuffed sofa set & look out at the expansive lawn, and 2 parking spots. Beach days are easy! We have chairs, large cotton towels & coolers. Everything in this home feels like luxe comfort. We blend coastal charm with modern vacation needs. We’re also dog friendly — so your furry family members can enjoy Nantucket too. Perfectly located near many beaches & mid-island faves like Millie’s mid island, Pi Pizza, Island Kitchen, Sea Grille, Roast’d coffee & a short drive Sconset golf course & Sconset town.

From the north shore of MA but live between Big Sky, MT & MA. Love skiing, beaches, travel & spending time on Nantucket. We like hosting bc we love interior design & the chance to share our home with a diverse group of people so they can experience the magic of this island.

Perfect central location to the whole island. If I’m being honest my husband likes living as close as he can to Siasconset Golf course:)
