This brand new construction 3600 square foot 2-story home caters to adults and kids. 2 Master suites on the top level with large open floor plan great for hosting, and large game room, wet bar area on the bottom floor by the kids rooms. Enjoy your coffee on the huge spacious top floor deck or use the blackstone grill, play cornhole, or hang out by the firepit on the bottom level full patio. This house has free wifi throughout the property down to the dock. Bring your boat and dock on the lot, or property owner has jet ski, boat rental options. Quick boat ride to Bear Creek Marina, and easy boat ramp access. Deep water, peaceful no wake cove that is perfect full day floating, grilling out diving, boating, fishing… you name it!Gated community in The Arbor that will not disappoint. Kitchen fully stocked with air fryer, 2 coffee machines, crock pots, etc, as well as downstairs bar loaded with tall beer glasses and ice maker. House is fully stocked with trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc… We take care of it all! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room, lots of amenities, fun activities for kids, and was located in a great community. We enjoyed fishing, reading and relaxing on the dock. Eric was wonderful to work with. We would love to revisit at a later date.

We had a spectacular time! The house is perfect. We enjoyed the basketball and golf for some extra entertainment. And of course, the pontoon was a blast, especially the kids bouncing around on the raft. Rain or shine.Everything was newer and kept clean. If your interested, this is great. The host was very personable and responsive! He was super kind and left our birthday daughter a cake in the frig upon our arrival. We'd stay again and encourage anyone to do the same!
