I love the location with easy access and locations to local attractions in the surrounding areas. The Safeway, Manitou Springs, The Red Rock Open Space, Garden of the Gods, close proximity to downtown. The bus #3 that drive down East and West on Colorado Ave. in Colorado Springs, Colorado is currently free to ride and comes every 15 minutes (both ways) to and from the Downtown Colorado Springs terminal to Manitou Springs in which I think they call Old Colorado City. I came to Colorado Springs on March 07, 2026 on a mental retreat and never left I love the mountains, nature and the serenity that is brings; visually, mentally and emotionally soothing.
