There are also two kayaks and life jackets available for guests. And don't forget about the fire pit for beach fires. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. There are four large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and incredible lake views. The home is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Penn Yan and close to local wineries and breweries. Kassandra was very accommodating to all of our request and responded to our inquiries very quickly. The property was perfectly located ( on the East Side of the lake) between some wonderful wineries and restaurants. The lake was very close, which was perfect for sitting on the back covered patio and looking out at the water. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The beds were very comfortable. It was just perfect for our long weekend getaway.
