Hands down, the BEST one-bedroom in Orange Beach. Park, walk ten steps up to the condo, and you're right on Orange Beach with a perfect view of the Gulf. With a king-sized bed in the master, a brand new queen sleeper sofa, *AND* custom-made childrens' bunks, you can sleep up to six of your favorite people in this condo and still pay a ONE-BEDROOM RATE, which is just unheard of! The balcony is huge with custom made adirondack rockers plus a new patio set; the den boasts a brand new 46' Samsung flat screen, as well as a 32' flat-screen in the master bed. WiFi is provided to the condo for your convenience. As a guest at the Phoenix, you'll have access to the gorgeous custom pool with a waterfall, a kiddie pool with a mushroom sprinkler, two jacuzzis overlooking the gulf, an arcade/gameroom complete with billiards, air hockey, Foosball and various video games. If you want to work out, we have that too -- in addition to an indoor pool, there's a workout room and a glassed-in racquetball court. We have it all, and it isn't out of reach. Stay with us, and you'll have money left to play after paying to stay!

About Jada Pierce
We're local . . . which means that if things aren't going just as they should, you won't call an operator at the other end of a 1-800 number, you'll call our cell or home, and we're able to make things right . . . right away.
Jada Pierce purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Jada Pierce chose Orange Beach
We wanted to own a place where we would actually stay. For people who love the beach (especially those with children), gulf views, a huge private balcony, and the amenities we believe a vacation property should have -- a terrific pool, a couple of jacuzzis, racquetball courts, etc. This condo sits in a perfect spot on the beach and is perfectly situated within the complex itself . . . being able to walk straight up to it rather than ride an elevator to the fifteenth floor was HUGE to us. When we closed on the property, we learned from the builders that they'd never intended to put a one-bedroom in this location . . . it was far to 'good' of a spot to put less than a two bedroom. Their gaffe is our gain -- and yours too!
What makes this Condo unique
This condo has the benefit of a very private ground floor unit while still being elevated (first floor of condos are elevated one floor above the ground level pool) while still having all of the amenities of the Phoenix complex. It's the very best of both worlds!

Not so great
Beach was beautiful as always. Condo was not so great. Lacking in cleanliness, fixtures and appliances didn't work well, and outside foot traffic was loud all hours. Owner was quick to respond to cleaning issue.
The unit was not clean. Not just that the housekeeper did a bad job after the last guest. There was dirt caked in the corners, in the bathroom vent, mildew in the tub handles. It was not a comfortable stay.
Great location, not as clean as others
Steps from the pool and beach, you don’t use the condo elevators and the space was a decent size. The owner was very nice.
Now the cons: the bedroom is next to a “pump room” and we thought someone was vacuuming above us all night the first night. We brought a white noise machine for our kiddos because I figured there might be some late night noise in such a big building and they needed it, but I wished we would have had one too. The condo needs a bit more attention from the housekeeping staff-lightbulbs were out or not screwed all the way in, it was pretty sandy when we got there and the furniture is pretty worn.
I’ve never stayed in one of the big
Condo buildings so maybe they are all this way but we had to buy our own toilet paper (1 roll provided), hand soap (theirs was almost empty), dish soap and dishwasher detergent (they provided 2 tabs).
The beach was lovely, but I think that will be our only big condo building stay. The parking situation wasn’t our fav either.
Great spot for family get away!
Me and my husband and our 2 kids had a wonderful stay here. The bunk beds were perfect for our 10 and 12 year old. It was so convenient to have the short set of steps to our room from the beach and not have to use the elevator every time we left. I would have given a 5 star but the patio furniture was rusted and we could not use it to eat on the balacony. The owner is in the process of selling the unit but she gave us warning and there might be a buyer touring the space and was gracious enough to say that if we preferred not to have it viewed during our stay that she would reschedule any tours. We will definitely use this condo again for our stays providing that the new users are as wonderful as Jada!
Not the best not the worst
Had a great time! The condo was small but adequate and neat with a couple of minor issues. Had leaky drain pipes under the kitchen sink and reported it to owner, but never heard anything from them. Took care of everything assuming we were doing the right thing. Also, strange moaning noises coming from the pumping station right outside the unit. Might not bother everybody but my wife didn't like it. Had to turn a box fan on to drown it out at night so we could sleep. Lots of construction going on at the Phoenix I and III on either side of our condo which made the parking tight at times. It was pretty noisy at times while we were on the beach. The beach and weather were perfect and we visited several awesome restaurants in the area. Not the best and not the worst stay at the beach. Overall, much better than being in the office!
Great location....beautiful view....
The decor is beautiful in the lamp light. However once the over head lights were on...the view changed. The couch had numerous stains on it that made it uncomfortable to sit on. The shower curtain was covered with mold and the bath mat was so filthy that I placed a towel over it so we didn't have to step on it. As I unpacked our suit cases to put our clothes in the chest of drawers, I found a substantial amount of sand. Consequently we left our clothes in our suit case. There was no soap in the shower and we were greeted with a large clump of blond hair in the bath tub that was not ours. The vents had not been cleaned in sometime and they were clumped with dust that left black stains on the ceiling. The refrigerator was not as clean as it should be...there was substantial debris in the drawers of the refrigerator. The microwave also had food that was caked on the edges as well. We were provided with a roll and a half of toilet paper that we ran out of before the end of our stay. Further there was an abundance of sand on the floor when we arrived. Thankfully the unit had a broom that I used every day to help minimize the sand on the floor.
The love is in the detail and unfortunately this unit was lacking in the detail. The unit is in a great location with a beautiful view. However the cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to detail.
