Location was pretty central to the area's activities. So really convenient for our daily excursions! Waking up to those views was such a treat. Our stress and tension just melted away, this was a great vacation. The unit was fully stocked and super comfortable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful views and plenty of space for our family of 4! We appreciated the good condition roads all the way to the unit, so many places with views have long, narrow gravel driveways. We came for the Bryson City polar express and a bonus we didn’t realize was that the town you drive through to get to the rental is the “North Pole” for the train ride which our kids thought was really cool!One note if you’re traveling with small kids, the beds in the second bedroom are extremely high off the ground. They have a step stool but maybe bring bumpers!

Great Weekend!

We had a wonderful weekend. Condo was beautifully decorated for Christmas and is as beautiful as the pictures on the website. It is centrally located as well. Owner was very responsive with a minor concern we encountered. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

The inside of this property was beautiful...exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything...just like you would have at home.

It was a home away from home!! The condo was clean, spacious well decorated and well furnished!! Kitchen had all the amenities and more. It is a beautiful property tucked away on the hill. We had a wonderful time, and we plan on renting the same condo, when we visit smoky mountains again!!

Great place

We were I town to go to Polar Express in Bryson City. The condo was close and absolutely beautiful. We would stay again for sure. One thing, the house is about a mile from the main gated entrance. If there were any snow or ice I don’t know if our car would have made it to the condo’s driveway.

Perfect view

A beautiful place with an awesome view. As far as we could tell there is no number on the building so that made it a bit difficult to figure out, parking can be a bit tricky but it's on a mountain!! House is decorated great, everything you need is there. We truly enjoyed this condo, felt like a cabin in the mountains. Very interesting, different golf course...you need to try it.

3 people got bitten from fleas! There are 2 bedrooms. They got bitten one of the bedroom. I want to upload the pictures if I can.

Heera, this homeowner, and their team work hard to provide a five-star experience for all guests, and they assured us that the house is always thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. Owner's response: "Heera, We wish you had contacted us while you were in the home so that we could have come over immediately. We did send the housekeeper out as soon as we found out about your claim. We had just spent time in the home and did not have any issues. While the housekeeper was there they did a thorough investigation and found no evidence of any kind of pest, nothing dead or alive. We have not had any issues like this in the past and none of our guests have made any claims of this nature. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."

Gorgeous views!

***People with mobility issues should consider that this is an upstairs condo with at least 15 steps to get to the front door. I recently had a knee replacement so I took it slow but I made it. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. The beds were soooo comfy. The views were no less than amazing and can be seen from the bedrooms, living room, and balcony. Our property rep was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

5 stars for sure - Condo on top of the moutain

This condo is perfect. It is on the top of the mountain which provides the most perfect of views. Our weekend had weather that was crystal clear and almost peak with leaves changing. It was beautifully decorated inside and had the fall theme going on which was a good surprise and had everything we needed for our stay. Not much driveway space and if you have a big vehicle, it's a little tricky. The host were very responsive and helpful with my questions. I do hope to be back.

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo the week of July 4th and we all agree it's one of the best places we've ever stayed. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo has amazing views, is beautifully furnished, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountains in the mornings and how peaceful and safe we felt staying in this community. Stephanie was our point of contact during our stay and she went above and beyond to accommodate us when the internet wasn't working. She stayed in contact with us throughout our stay and even after our return home. Thank you again, Stephanie for being so great! We would not hesitate to return and stay here again.

Great stay, minor hiccup

We really loved the layout and size of this condo. The view was great! We're not a huge fan of being in a community, but the building we were in was mostly empty for our 4 day stay. There was an issue with the A/C which we know happens, but there was already a note that the A/C has issues, and it would have been nice to have that resolved before we stayed. This isn't the cheapest cabin/condo we found, so a little frustrating to deal with issues, but we also understand things happen, hence the 5 star review despite the A/C issue. Hope was our property manager and she was super helpful and communicative!

Concerns

Hi. The master shower has lots of mold around the edges and I have pics. The beautiful wood flooring was very dusty. The window in 2nd bedroom was full of bugs. The master bedroom appeared to have a camera on top of the tv looking at the bed. I have pictures of all items I have listed Thank you

Alecia, we always love receiving feedback from our guests, but in this case, we were surprised to receive your review since we did not hear from you until you had already left the property. The master shower does not have mold, however, the disinfectant that is used can leave behind a green tint afterward. Additionally, in the winter season, ladybugs gravitate to the windows for warmth. Although the cleaner did a walkthrough of the property before your stay and did not see any of these issues, they will look into these concerns to make any necessary improvements for future guests. We would also like to clarify that this home does not have any internal cameras. The device on top of the TV in the master bedroom is a signal that acts as a remote to change the channel on the TV, adjusts volume, etc. We encourage guests to reach out to the local guest contact or the homeowner with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right. Above our expectations!!

This place was so far above our expectations! We walked in and were absolutely astounding! Every detail was perfect and beautiful. The condo was absolutely amazing with beautiful views, and they were so many different details and things to look at. It had been decorated for Christmas as well, and was so pretty. The communication with you. I was absolutely fabulous. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Would definitely stay again in this warm, welcoming and well appointed home. Gorgeous views from every room! Loved the additional touches of lamps on for our late evening arrival, seasonal scented hand soaps in the bathrooms and a new sponge at the kitchen sink! Very clean. Had everything we needed and more. Lovely stay that’s highly recommended!
