Recién remodelado 17/11/17 casa de playa independiente (¡nadie arriba o debajo de ti!)
Compré esto en octubre de 2017 y lo remodelé.
Esta casa tiene un interior muy aislado que es mucho más fresco y silencioso que la mayoría de las propiedades. Todo el interior ha sido remodelado. ¡La sala de estar principal tiene capacidad para 13-15 cómodamente! Tendrá una estancia muy "amplia" para todos. Está situado en lo que creo que es el mejor patio de la playa de South Mission.
Las camas son todas nuevas, que son 2 reyes y una reina o puedo proporcionarle 1 rey, una reina y 2 gemelos, no hay problema. El patio exterior es lo suficientemente grande como para grandes reuniones y excelentes barbacoas.

Cohasset Ct. se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie del infame Belmont Park, que cuenta con una montaña rusa de 80 años junto con muchas otras atracciones y atracciones para adultos y niños de todas las edades. También hay muchos restaurantes elegantes y tiendas de ropa de playa en el parque. Cohasset Ct. También está a dos minutos a pie de dos bares locales y cuatro restaurantes, junto con un mini mercado.

"Viene con todo ... Sillas de playa tablas de surf sombrillas toallas de playa sábanas jabón champú lo mejor de todo es que te encantará tener aire acondicionado. Lavadora / secadora y estacionamiento para 2 autos (uno con garaje).

Great Location, Great Host

The place is in an awesome location, just a couple blocks from both the ocean side and the bay side of Mission Beach. It has a parking spot which is an absolute must in that area. The air conditioning came in handy when there were a couple hot days and nights. It has all the amenities we needed: washer and dryer, beach toys/umbrellas/chairs, full range of dishes and kitchen utensils, and odds and ends like tin foil/dishwasher tabs/detergent. The host, Clark, went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and providing recommendations on things to do. The only negative we had was in getting checked in and parked - we didn't get any information or check-in codes until we asked, there aren't any instructions on where to park, and it's a very confusing area between the alleys and walkways. We had to call Clark late at night (sorry Clark!) to figure out how to find the place and get parked. For anyone else who gets confused checking in - each house faces a "court" which is a sidewalk that leads to the beach and the bay. The house numbers are on the front of each house (facing the court/sidewalk) and you park in the back alley which doesn't have any house numbers or street markings. You park next to the garage (really just a wooden shed) and enter from the side or the front of the house. Overall, this was an excellent property with an excellent host. We would stay here again the next time we visit San Diego.

Beach Getaway!

Perfect home to sit back and relax after a day on the beach! Super close and easy 15 second walk and your feet are in the sand. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Location if you dont wamt the constant walking traffic. Still close enough to the beach.

Very spacious & Clean.. Beds were very comfortable. Deck outside is perfect to hang out and enjoy the mornings/evenings. Excellent location to the beach, boardwalk & bars.

Mission Beach home away from home

This place and owner make you feel like you were at home, I highly recommend this to anyone who has a family or just hanging out with your spouse front outdoor patio was perfect for grilling and family get together. I will be back to this home.

We had a wonderful stay. We have stayed at probably 8 or 9 places in S Mission Beach over the years and this is one of our favorites.

Mission Beach getaway

We had a family wedding get together in San Deigo and wanted to treat family members to a nice place to stay near the beach. We chose this location which really worked for our Family of 6 Adults This place was very clean and well stocked with Appliances for our 7 Day stay Having a washer and Dryer was certainly a plus Only draw back is that one bathroom is located thru the back bedroom which make the acess tough for those not staying in that room Do not get me wrong over all this place has plenty of space for 6 adults with the front deck area a wonderful space to enjoy the Sunshine The beach is literally seconds away One last positive is the parking space in the back of the house Overall I give this a high rating Thank You and would definitively use again

Great location, nice deck, very cozy home!

We stayed here as a group of six, and found the house to be just right. It has everything you need, and is steps to the beach and the bay. The owner/manager was very responsive to questions, even in the evening. The large dining table was great for family dinners and the large sectional was great for movie night. Sadly it rained most of the time we stayed, so we only got to used the deck a little, but we really liked it. The home was clean and comfortable, and has the charm of a more historic home. Thanks for a great stay.

Cute, old cottage 4-5 houses from the beach. Close to coffee and food. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Girls Getaway

This was a good San Diego location for a gathering of five women coming from four states. Cozy, warm, and central with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We did a little bit of low-impact dining in for the evenings and the air fryer was a great touch for Super Bowl Sunday chicken wings! The owner was very responsive with two questions/issues that came up with the door locks and pumbing. Also very helpful in answering questions about our stay before we arrived. The warm California hospitality and assistance very much appreciated! Thanks!

A Winter Beach Family Vacation

Clark's beach house was pretty much exactly as advertised. Its location on Mission Beach is ideal, an easy walk to Belmont (Amusement) Park and the surrounding commercial area. Great access to both the ocean and bay sides, Mission Point Park (good playground for the kids), etc. The big front room, dining table, and kitchen were well suited for our 3-generation family of 7 including 3 boys under the age of 10. The beds are comfortable. Although the house is old, there has been a lot of updating and it suited our needs. The one thing that could be improved is check-in. We had the codes for the 3 locks (2 on the house), but no other instructions. We managed not to notice the big sign with wi-fi connection information on the side of the refrigerator and wound up calling the owner to get that clarified. As we were there over the New Year holiday, we needed heating. The obvious way to heat the house, the air handlers mounted in each room, don't actually put out much heat. They also interact in a confusing way. It turns out the gas furnace in the middle of the house is the way to heat it properly, but that was inoperative when we arrived. It required the owner's son to come over and light the pilot light. Instructions about all of this and some other things (e.g., an important detail about the front door lock operation) would have been helpful.

Clark and his son were very attentive. we had some questions and they got right back to us and even came over. The house is just steps from the beach and from coffee shops and breakfast places. It was a fun location to stay in. We almost had a flight delay and Clark was quick to offer for us to stay if we got stranded.

Great location, best host

Our last minute trip was perfect! Of course location and accommodation were beautiful, but it was really the generous and friendly host (property owner/manager) that made sure we had everything we needed before we got there, while we stayed and even checked in just to make sure we were getting to do all the things we wanted while we were there. This property earned more stars than I'm able to give here.

Close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach. The local corner store has everything you’ll need when shopping for groceries for your stay. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach Bungalow heaven

The property was exactly as described. It was full of an almost rustic charm but all mod cons. Everything worked as should and Clark couldn’t have been more helpful before the stay and came to give us a welcome hello when we arrived. I have no doubt that had we had any issues, he’d have attended to them promptly. The only problem I have is that now my kids want to live there…!

Mission Beach

We had a great stay. Finding the house was a bit tricky since a street sign was missing but Clark met us, gave us a tour of the home & wonderful restaurant recommendations. We had my husband, 85 yr old mom, & sister-in-law staying while we visited great nieces & a new great nephew. The house has everything you would need for a beach get away. Even has a beach view from the front porch. Thank you for sharing your home.

Awesome location!!

Great home in an amazing location. Everything was as described and Clark is a great host. One minute walk to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the bay. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

love this property.

My husband and i rented this property for a week and had some grandchildren and adult child on and off in the week. Property is large and single story which is wonderful to not have people above you or have to worry about making noise if you are above someone. My husband has a very large truck and with maneuvering he was able to get into the parking spot. The garage is well stocked with boogie boards, chairs and umbrella. He also provides very nice beach towels, this is way more than i have had use of at a beach house. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and fully very stocked kitchen. We were hoping for a keurig and there was and there were coffee pods on the counter for us when we arrived! It was a wonderful week stay and we hope to stay again there next year and possibly for a few weekends off season. The host, Clark was so nice and accommodating, he goes out of his way to make you comfortable. The rental was very clean on arrival. i can't say enough how pleasant this stay was, the air conditioning we turned on at night is a huge bonus. I can highly recommend this property.

IT HAS A/C!! The summers can get very hot and many Mission Beach Properties have NONE! Very charming. It's steps from the beach and is a unique 3 bed room 2 full bath rental. It's a single unit property! Meaning, you're getting the entire property rather than sharing your home/patio with strangers as so many other rentals force you to do. THIS IS NOT A CONDO!
