The spacious rooftop deck offers 360-degree panoramic views of San Diego, including Mt. Soledad, Downtown, Mission Bay, and the Pacific Ocean. Perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views of San Diego.

Exterior and First Floor:
The first-floor patio features comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying San Diego’s famous weather. After a day in the sand, refresh in the private heated outdoor shower, ideally located on the patio for your convenience.

Inside, the first floor includes two bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed (sleeps 2), closet, TV.
Bedroom 2: Full/Full bunk bed (sleeps 2 adults or 2–4 small children), closet, TV.

The Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with En Suite, Guest Bedroom and Full Bath:

A fully stocked storage closet includes everything you’ll need for a day at the beach—beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, smash ball, volleyball, football, and more. Beach towels are conveniently stored in the bunk bedroom.

Parking:

This property offers two carport parking spots— a rare and essential amenity for beach vacations.

West Spot: 7'2"H x 9'0"W x 22'D, ideal for larger vehicles like an SUV (e.g., Suburban).
East Spot: 7'2"H x 7'8"W x 19'D, fits a mid-size SUV comfortably; larger SUVs will fit, but space may be tight.

Important Notes:
Primary renter must be 30 years or older.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
This is a 3-story home with stairs, and there is no bathroom on the first floor.
No pets. We are not a pet-friendly home due to allergies.

Safety and Security:

The property is equipped with outdoor-only security cameras for property monitoring. Cameras are located on the exterior of the home and do not record any interior or private areas.
Devices are used strictly for security purposes. Tampering with or disabling cameras is strictly prohibited.
