Wonderful stay at Indian Rocks Beach

We loved staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated home. It was quite clean and was perfect for sharing during our friends’ visit. It was in a quiet neighborhood but a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at Patio Palms. Our family loved the house and especially our grandsons, who had their own “kids” living room. We also enjoyed the beach, park, and boardwalk that are all in walking distance. We did not really cook anything, but there are plenty of kitchen items if needed. The house was clean and we had zero issues. Check in/out was super easy. We will definitely be back to this rental for future trips.

My family and I had a great vacation. The house was nice and clean. The location was great. I did have to purchase a propane tank to use the grill, but the grill did work fine.

The house was very clean & the backyard is fenced in, which is nice if you are traveling with dogs. The location is perfect-walking distance to the beach, many restaurants & parks. The people at this rental agency are great to work with too. Always there if you need anything. I highly recommend Patio Palms

The Nature preserve walk was also nice with a playground at the end of the street. The beach cart, coolers and umbrella also came in handy.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Palmetto bugs everywhere and every single **** day of our stay plus other bugs. They were in our food, bedroom, etc etc. Never did Seaside ever offer t move us to another facility, they spraid and put roach traps but nothing worked. alos had to ask to have the lawn mowed, light fixture hanging from wires, had to have that fixed. Couch leg was broken, if you flipped the cushions, the seats to the couches were disgusting. Had to vacuum the food out of the couch. The back porch was absolutely disgusting and palmetto dropping in all of the cabinets.

Pros: walking distance to beach, fenced in yard, pet friendly, clean & spacious, walking distance to many restaurants & stores, rental agency is great to work with! Cons: no pool(if that’s something your thing), grass could be cut more often(at least every other week), very poor cable tv service- it does not always work & tends to freeze up often. Better bug control would be nice. We encountered a lot of indoor bugs this year even with a one time bug spray through the house by a professional service, outdoor fence needs some maintenance workI do recthis rental home especially for families & pet owners

Second Spring Break at this Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying in this Patio Palms home & we had a great stay. The home is very clean, spacious & pet friendly. The backyard is fully fenced which is great if you travel with a pet. There is no pool at this location but the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk. There are also many shops & restaurants within walking distance. The master suite is very private so if you have friends or family visiting they will have their own space. The management team, Sharon & Taylor, are great to work with. We did not run into any issues during our 5 week stay but they are readily available to correct any issues if they should occur. The home is in a nice quiet neighborhood which is good for couples & families. This is not a party house but you can expect some occasional loud renters, but not always, on one side of the house. This is the only downside to this rental but overall it is a great place to rent for short or long term. I highly recommend it & the Seaside Property Rental Agency!

Great location, right across from the beach with a few places within walking distance. Driving to and from wasn't bad, and a lot of places near by to visit. Highly recommended.

property was clean ice maker did not work and 2 blind pannels were broken upon arirrival, evidently cleaning service did not report the problem nor did they check the coffee maker since tere was a pod left in the keurig

We enjoyed our five week stay in this (mostly) quiet neighborhood that is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, as well as many restaurants & shops.Plenty of beach & bath towels were provided as well as beach chairs, toys, umbrella & a wagon to put them in. The brand new gas grill, wine refrigerator & Keurig coffee maker were great added perks! Taylor from Seaside Properties was great! We had a few small issues & he quickly resolved them. One suggestion: the grass should probably be cut more often. It was only cut twice while we were there & it got quite long.We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.
