Ocean Dunes Villas 310-Beautiful, recientemente renovado frente al mar Villa

Recientemente renovado en 2013 y bellamente decorado, esta villa de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene una cocina completa y una sala de estar / comedor combinada. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio un par de camas gemelas y hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. El balcón de la sala de estar tiene una vista directa del océano. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene acceso a la piscina frente al mar. Ocean Dunes se encuentra en el extremo sur de la isla, junto a South Forest Beach Drive y a poca distancia de Coligny Plaza y Coligny Beach Park. El complejo Ocean Dunes es una propiedad frente al mar que se encuentra a unos 70 metros del océano. Cada unidad en Ocean Dunes tiene servicio de internet inalámbrico y acceso a la "Nueva" piscina frente al mar y área de picnic. Además de las piscinas, nuestros huéspedes tienen acceso de cortesía al Players Club Fitness Center, que cuenta con un gimnasio completo y una piscina cubierta climatizada. . Beautiful view

Beautiful view from this condo. It had a good amount of space. Property management very responsive. The overall building and unit could use a freshen up but location was perfect.

Fabulous

A wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we've stayed in these condos and just like our first trip it, we had an amazing time. I wish the weather would have been as nice as last year, but we were still able to have fun. The view of the beach is what I wish I could wake up to every day. I'm hoping to come back again next year!

Spectacular views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Normally, I’m fairly particular about where I stay when on vacation. I have standards that need to be met especially when paying a bit more. Ocean Dunes 310 checked all our boxes! Great location, beautiful sunrises every morning on the balcony, unobstructed views of the ocean, quiet/private corner unit, great little cozy pool, close to Coligny, each bedroom had it’s own bathroom, property was kept very nice & clean. When there were issues it took only one phone call and voila issue taken care of same day. The only downside, and it’s minor, was the kitchen...not very well stocked. But, for those that eat out it would not be a concern. We eat/cook most of our meals in so we found it lacking. We will definitely stay here again, though! Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing. The view is amazing. There were just a few issues we ran in to during our stay. The first of which was the cleanliness of the condo. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower and there was rice under a night stand in the “kids” room. The other issue was the minimums necessary amenities. There was 1 trash bag provided for a weeks stay. There was a scrub pad for cleaning dishes, but there was no dish soap. There were also no beach towels. If you go plan to take extra towels for the beach and the pool. It seems like a no brainer that beach towels would be provided for a condo on the beach but they weren’t. Lastly, living room seating was not super convenient for gathering as a family. Not much comfortable seating. There is one elevator and it was very slow. Over all Hilton head is a great place but I feel like for the price, the value just wasn’t there.

Good vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation. The convenience of close gated parking, the heated pool, easy beach access, and hoses for sand are all great. We loved sitting on the oceanfront lanai and the view was great. The condo layout was a tad quirky with the master bedroom in the back behind the entry door and the master bath door hinge side making you have to shimmy to get in or out if more than one person is in the space. Lots of closet space. Very limited amenities. We didn’t find the spare sheets until the end of the week. No coffee filters or any extras whatsoever, aside from starter shampoo and toilet paper. The one thing this place needs is hooks. In the hall by the entry way and more hooks on the lanai. The check in process a little overkill. We were given a physical key that was totally unnecessary since we had a door code. Just an extra trip to return the key before we left. Perhaps just email the code and directions after the check in time. Overall it was clean and a good stay for the value. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great time only proble was Sunday night toilet in master back up no plunger in the condo. Call emergency number basically was told we had another bathroom and could wait then he call back said he would come we had already left to buy one and said never mind . Did come next day but not a great way to start vacation may want to check make there is a plunger in every until,

Great view and location

The villa was clean and had a great view and great location. We easily rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for shopping and food. The view of the ocean and proximity to get to the beach was fantastic. Traveling with three children, we like to be close to the beach. The pool was the only thing that was lacking, as it was small. Normally, we would let our kids swim, but being there during the pandemic we chose not to use the pool. Overall, it is a great property!
