Super cozy and comfortable. Rhonda was welcoming and prompt to respond. She went above and beyond with little touches like fresh flowers, juice, and English muffins. Super thoughtful and intentional.

The view of the cove and the breezes were the stars of the stay. Everything was comfortable, clean, charming and fun. The hosts were available as needed, very pleasant to chat with and willing to share local information. I’d definitely hope to return someday.

What an absolute Harpswell gem! Of all the places I've stayed during my travels, this was my favorite. Yes, the location is stunning -- end of dirt road, peaceful setting, right on the water -- but it's the tiny details put into the place that make it so wonderful. Rhonda and Tim have designed the space perfectly and keep the studio fully stocked so that you can enjoy your visit without having to stress about logistics. Even something as simple as providing coffee had such an impact, as it allowed me to enjoy my mornings and sit out on the private, covered deck to take in the views. Staying here felt more like visiting hospitable relatives than being in a stranger's space, truly allowing room for relaxation. I CANNOT recommend enough and hope to one day return.
