Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start used towels in the washer. Clean the grill if used and replace outdoor furniture covers. Set the hot tub to 100°F and secure the cover. Set the thermostat to 70°F. Close all windows.
If excessive cleaning of the grill or hot tub is required, a $25 cleaning fee may apply.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10 p.m.–7 a.m. No outdoor music during quiet hours or disruptive noise at any time.
Registered guests only, up to the property’s permitted maximum. No parties or events. No smoking, vaping, fireworks, or pets without prior approval.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The location was absolutely perfect—close enough to the beach to make it easy to enjoy, and just a short distance from all of the cute little shops and restaurants. We also loved having a Meijer nearby, which was so convenient for picking up groceries and anything else we needed during our stay.The home was a great place to relax and enjoy our vacation, and the location really made everything so easy and accessible. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to stay!

Had a great trip to South Haven with friends. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect, being just a couple of blocks from downtown South Haven. The bed we slept in was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Aaaweron, our host, was easy to reach and very quick to respond. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this home in South Haven!

When I’m not hosting guests, I work as a local physical therapist, helping members of our community stay active and healthy.
