From all-new kitchen appliances to a newly installed high-efficiency washer/dryer, and a brand-new water heater, this getaway has been thoughtfully updated with the utmost comfort in mind. Perfect your serve or short game in a world-class setting -- this welcoming oceanside cottage is ideally located between the Cougar Point Golf Course, the Turtle Point Golf Course, and the Roy Barth Tennis Center!



Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen, equipped with ample cookware and helpful gadgets. Craft a drink at the bar, then gather for home-cooked meals at the dining table. Unwind in the inviting living room and watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, or YouTube TV via the Amazon Fire Stick connected to the 44” smart TV. The sunroom provides an ideal spot to curl up with a good book or put together a puzzle.

This cottage is so comfortable - cozy chairs and comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you need to cook local shrimp daily (which we did). We rented bikes and explored the island. Access to the beach is close and easy. We would definitely come back!

We had a great trip to Kiawah and loved staying at this home! We were a short walk from the beach and Night Heron Park, and the house had everything we needed. We’d definitely book this home again!

Wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Being only a block from the beach and about five minutes from the Sanctuary Hotel was a huge plus and made everything very convenient. The entire experience was relaxing and seamless, and we were very happy with everything. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Kiawah.

This was a beautiful beach house to stay in. The actual cabin matched the online description. There were no surprises and the location was very convenient to getting around the island. Communication with the Casago team was great. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. We definitely recommend this place to 0thers.

Best thing about this place is the proximity to the beach. It's a bit dated and not very clean. We had some bug issues in the house when we first got there. There was a white powder that was sprinkled all around the house including heavily near the doorways, I assume for bug control? If you have young kids like us it may be an issue. They would be better off transitioning the back room of the house into a bedroom i don't think we even stepped foot in there. Overall it wasn't horrible because of the very short walk to the beach, use the beach access to the left on Eugenia as it has a ramp for carrying all your beach stuff if you're using a cart or elderly/kids in your party.

The inside was clean, a bit dated, but as we expected for the price. The kitchen had the things we needed to cook meals at the house. It was nice that there were two bathrooms for our group to use. We had the pack n play in one. The porch area outside was completely covered in pollen and bird poop making it essentially un-usable. I spent about half an hour cleaning it but to no avail as the chairs were also rusted and cracking.
