L'incantevole villa nell'East Beach Village, Kiawah Island, SC USA, con pittoresche viste sulla laguna, si trova a 4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ea breve distanza a piedi da Night Heron Park. Kiawah Island vanta oltre 30 miglia di piste ciclabili asfaltate che rendono l'isola esplorare e accedere alle sue numerose funzionalità tra cui spazi verdi, campi da gioco, mercati e il Sanctuary Hotel, facile. Le piste ciclabili si estendono fino al Freshfields Village. E, naturalmente, ci sono le bellissime 10 miglia di spiaggia dura di Kiawah Island, che è perfetta per andare in bicicletta, camminare, bombardare, nuotare nell'oceano o semplicemente prendere il sole!

Questa villa offre viste sull'acqua che si affacciano su una splendida laguna sia dal soggiorno (comodamente 8 o più posti a sedere) che dalla sala da pranzo (6 posti a sedere). Sia il soggiorno che la sala da pranzo accedono entrambi al grande ponte che ha sala da pranzo all'aperto e nuovi mobili da salotto che si affacciano anche sulla laguna.

Sono presenti anche due maestri del re: uno al piano principale con accesso al ponte e con vista sulla laguna e uno al secondo piano con vista sulla laguna. La terza camera da letto si trova al secondo piano, offre una vista sulla laguna ed è di grandi dimensioni per un massimo di 4 bambini che possono dormire e giocare. Tutte e tre le camere hanno il proprio bagno, TV e accesso via cavo.

Exceptional location

Our stay was amazing. The owners were so easy to work with. The location of the home was steps away from the beach. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, everything was perfect. I had proposed to my girlfriend on this trip and the owners had a bottle of champagne and goodies sent to us. Just an amazing experience. I will definitely rent this place again.

Great location, beautiful home!

We had an amazing time staying at After Dune Delight! The home is bright, clean, spacious, well decorated and beautifully updated! The location to the beach and Night Heron Pool and park, plus the Sanctuary Hotel couldn’t be more convenient! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing family getaway

We had the best time here - it is the perfect place for a family to stay. My three kids loved the room with the two single beds and the bunk bed, and then there are two other master suites, and three bathrooms! We didn't really cook but we absolutely could have. The deck and the water views, and even the sounds of the ducks (surprisingly noisy) were lovely. And then the biggest perk is the Kiawah golf resort access that comes with renting this villa: we were able to use the Night heron pool (with waterslides!), and enjoy discounted rates on all the on-property restaurants and the kids camp (Camp Kiawah - highly recommend). My husband played a round of golf and I was able to use the spa at the Sanctuary. Also, this properly is a two minute walk from the beautiful beach - and I mean really two minutes - even my kids didn't complain about the walk while carrying beach stuff. But we didn't even have to carry that much because we rented chairs/towels through the resort that were waiting for us there every day. The villa was clean and everything was just beyond our expectations, including fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

This property did not disappointment. The views of the lagoon were awesome. The neighborhood was quiet. It was well appointed and quite comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. What a beautiful place! Thanks for your hospitality!

Fall beach weekend

We had a great time in Kiawah! It had been 20+ years since we had last visited, and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the new Sanctuary resort and the Freshfields shopping area. The condo was a great setup for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. Location was great, as well. Close to all we wanted to do. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing you home with us!

Awesome location and condo

We had a great experience for spring break. We were close to the pool at Night Herron and close to the beach. The host was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction as this was our first time visiting Kiawah. We loved sitting on the porch and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and Dryer were also very useful. We had a blast. Definitely would recommend this property.

Ideal family getaway!

Everything about this property facilitated an amazing family getaway! We have already rebooked for next year! First, the home was extremely clean when we arrived. Next, the location cannot be beat - within walking distance to the beach and a short jaunt to Night Heron Park. We enjoyed many family meals and glasses of wine on the great deck. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals when the need arises. The property owner and management are very responsive and the resort privileges are a huge bonus. We so enjoyed our visit and are counting down to next year!

Family Stay on Kiawah

Great condo. Location is just a short walk or bike ride to Night Herron Park. Short walk to the Beach at Sta 22. Also close to Town Market and Sanctuary Hotel. Recommend to rent bikes for the week. Layout worked really well for our family. Outside deck overlooking lagoon was used every morning and evening. Can highly recommend this condo for families or couples.

Location and villa was lovely and well appointed. Few minutes walk to beach which was stunning ! Owners responsive and helpful ! The villa was not cleaned as well as it should have been especially in the setting of covid .Owners quite responsive .Resort privileges were nice yet hard to understand why the pool would close at 4pm? Otherwise perfect week and would recommend the villa! We have been coming to Kiawah for 28 years and this villa was one of best ...Thankyou to the owners for their lovely home for my family to finally gather after such a hard year! .
