The Space:

Situated in highly acclaimed Madeira Beach, the bright and open Arie Dam 301 is the quintessential beachfront getaway, built with relaxation in mind. This peaceful oasis is laden with coastal touches and plush furnishings, all perched above the sparkling shores and evening skies ablaze with vivid sunsets. The quaint and intimate Arie Dam Condominium Complex offers a heated pool and spa beachside and BBQ grill.



Admire endless sweeping views of the Gulf shores from your private oversized screened-in balcony. Then, retreat to the spacious living area highlighted by cool coastal tones, stylish seating, and a beachfront backdrop. When mealtime comes around, the fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar has everything you could possibly need to treat your friends with savory homecooked meals.



The luxurious main suite offers a king bed, a cozy personal work desk, and private balcony access. Additionally, this bedroom features an en suite bath with granite dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate shower/ tub combination. The second bedroom offers a seaside sanctuary with a queen, twin trundle bed, and Intracoastal balcony access. An adjoining second bathroom hosts a granite vanity and walk-in shower.



A unique blend of Florida fishing village, residential community, and tourist destination contribute to an original vibe that is Madeira Beach. Mad Beach, as its affectionately referred to, is that curious mixture of history, progress, and stability which, when paired with the perfect weather of Florida's Gulf Coast, makes for a delightful community. Measuring only two miles long, this small seaside gem draws beach lovers to its pristine white sandy beaches. Madeira Beach is home to John's Pass Village and with six public parks, boat-accessible restaurants, charter boats, and dolphin watch cruises, it has something for everyone.

This has been the worst experience we've had with a vacation rental. We've been coming to different parts of the Gulf for over 15 years, and I have never had this bad of an experience. First thing was a sign on the elevator that it was not working (and was down the whole time we were there). It had been down for about 5 days prior to our arrival, but no one bothered to notify us. We limited the number of times we ventured out. We didn't even go to the beach because we didn’t want to carry all the beach chairs and umbrellas up and down several flights of stairs. They did send someone to bring up our luggage the next day. The next issue was the microwave was bad and blew a breaker every time we tried to use it. The breaker box was in the locked closet which they stated would not be locked up and I just needed to look for it. We had no refrigerator or microwave for nearly 9 hours when they notified us that the breaker box was in the locked closet. There was no parking pass, I had to fill one out and put it in my car. They gave me a partial refund, which was appreciated but wasn't enough since we didn’t have access to an elevator the whole time we were there. So, I asked for more and they said they would wait to decide after we checked out. I was perfectly fine with that and just asked them to let me know either way. They did get back with me and said they would give me an additional refund, which was appreciated. However, that was over a week ago and I did not receive anything.

Beautuful condo but the property managers are TERRIBLE!! Did not receive the access code until an hour after check-in. Messaged multiple times & either got an AI response or no response at all. Tried to call the phone number & it wasn’t a valid number. Emailed also with no response. Also tried to get an hour later check out due to the lost time in the beginning & again got an AI response stating the local team would get back to me & never heard anything. It’s a shame such a beautiful place is being managed so so poorly!!

Christmas Getaway

Great property directly on the beach. Wonderful fish market around the corner. Loved the Area was not too crowded with tourists. Locals were very nice.

Breathtaking view of the gulf!

Nicely decorated and very clean. Loved being able to walk right out to the water! Many restaurants and St John's Pass close by to fill in the times not on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful views!

Amazing place!!!

One of the best places we have stayed at. Clean, well equipped, beautiful view of the ocean....the balcony was the absolute best!! The closet full of sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels and knee boards were an added bonus that my daughter loved!!
