The condo was decently stocked, we have 6 children and did not run out of towels! The maintenance guy there, Nick - was super helpful and kind. There’s a place a block away to rent a golf cart from and I highly recommend, they’re street legal and we took it to Clearwater a couple times for souvenirs, necessities, and dinner. Balcony view was wonderful, could see our teens at the pool and on the beach while baby was napping.

A favorite Florida destination

This is our third year at the Reef Club. We love the location and the amenities especially the pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. We were also quite impressed with the landscaping repair after the hurricane damaged the area.

Great unit & amenities

The unit we stayed in was beautifully remodeled and decorated. The owners did a great job - super cute furnishings and art. The view from the living room and balcony is great! They provide so many things beyond the typical dishes/cooking equipment. So many bath and beach towels, sand castle toys, boogie boards, football, can coozies, coolers, beach chairs, etc. The property was overall quiet with a lot of families. The beach and pool area were great! We loved playing Pickleball everyday. I have very little to nitpick. It would be great to add some hooks in the hall bath. Not much space to hang wet towels. The elevators were hotter than, well, you know, lol. Lastly the area isn't super walkable- the Kooky Coconut was about 1/3 mile and they have lunch and ice cream foods. All other restaurants are over 1/2 mile and in the Florida heat and humid we drove. So many great restaurants close by: Guppy's and PJs especially. Salt House was a bit further but delicious. The Publix to stock the fridge is just over the bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay- thanks for the memories!

Overall great experience!

Location is amazing! This property was really good. We did have three small issues - the ice machine didn’t work, the fridge filter needed to be changed, and the code to the closet with beach stuff didn’t work. We also had 7 people and didn’t get enough bath towels. Otherwise, this would have been perfect!

Great location

Location was perfect- worked out well for our family. Grounds were very clean, a little older place but worked out okay. The condo was not the cleanest but nicely remodeled. Just some of the wear and tear of older bathrooms, etc and being on the ocean. Bring your own racquets for pickleball or tennis- that is not provided. We had to go buy some during our visit. Close walk to restaurants and ice cream. Enjoyed our stay!

Location was great! Easy walk to bars and restaurants. We were disappointed that there was no beach chairs to use. The owners closet lock was rusted and would not open. We also would have appreciated Pickleball or tennis rackets to use which there was none. The beds were super comfortable. However the second king rooms sheets were sandy and we had to wash the bedding. The unit was nice and spacious. It had a decent view but no sun exposure.

Don’t Book Here During Hurricane Season

We were booked to stay here from 9/29/22-10/2/22 and Hurricane Ian hit this area on 9/28/22. The location of this condo was under a mandatory evacuation zone and local officials were not allowing access for anyone into this area. The Governor requested the hospitality industry lower their policies during this time to accommodate guests and their safety due to this event. Vacasa did not lower any policies and showed zero empathy. We requested to reschedule and Vacasa said we could but it’d be $600 more for our stay. They provided available dates for reschedule. We confirmed the available dates and requested the reschedule. They did not respond to our request until 48 hours (and one follow up from us). They responded that since it had been 48 hours they could not accommodate a reschedule anymore and we’d get $0 back. I’ll be forwarding all the documentation to VRBO so that they are aware too. Save yourself the headache and don’t book with Vacasa.

Great stretch of Beach!

The home was exactly as pictured with a great view of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable with nice updates. Easy beach access. We were only there for 2 nights and 1 day but wished we could have stayed longer. The parking pass form was not sent until our check in day and you are supposed to print it out however at that point we were traveling and had no access to a printer so we ended up hand writing the info to leave on our dash. I did email the management company but didn’t hear back, but we had no issues so all was fine. We would stay here again, it was a great location with easy access to everything.

Nice place in good location, beware of limited starting supplies

First, this was a nice place in a good location. Both inside and ease of access to the beach was very nice. No complaints at all about the actual condo itself. One caveat is that when it says only starter supplies, that is taken to the extreme. One roll of toiler paper per bathroom with no extras, only 2 extra kitchen trash bags, no starter shampoo. Considering the nightly cost of the unit, the lack of non-perishable supplies caused me to bump my rating down a star.

Condo at Reef

We arrived at the condo and can appreciate the keypad for entrance. It's very handy and we had no issues with it. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I liked the idea of the queen bed with bunk beds in 1 room incase you have a family visiting. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items we needed to cook with. This unit has a very nice size balcony that we enjoyed sitting on. We really liked the condo and the pool/ BBQ area. It was a pretty quiet building. This unit was pet friendly and we did bring our little dog with us. The dog relief area is very small. However there is a dog park across the street (closes at dusk).

Great location, beautiful beach

Great unit, only suggestion would be to supply more basic necessities ie shampoo, hair dryer, conditioner, laundry det. trash bags etc. At this price point I have found these things to be standard at other properties. Management Co. was excellent and very responsive!

Perfect space for what we were looking for

This VRBO was exactly what we were looking for, we needed to large beds and an additional room with multiple beds for teenagers. It was clean, spacious and great location. Would definitely rent again or recommend to friends.

Nearly perfect!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The condo is just beautiful—the furniture is comfortable, there’s plenty of it, and the balcony was my new favorite place on earth! The view is spectacular! The only suggestions I would make would be more space to hang towels in the second bathroom and pads on the dining room chairs. Note to pet owners: although the condo itself is pet friendly, the beach and common areas are not.
