100% renovado (2018) Cute Beach-Front Cottage - (3 habitaciones / 1 baño - con bañera), a poca distancia de la reserva de patrimonio de Lighthouse Inlet (.47 millas) en un lado y el lugar de surf Washout (.6 millas) en el otro lado. Pisos de madera a lo largo. Esta casa tiene capacidad para 7. Enorme terraza frente al mar. Plan de piso abierto. Cocina totalmente equipada con refrigerador de acero inoxidable completamente nuevo, estufa, lavaplatos y microondas. Sofá de tamaño completo y sofá amoroso. 4 ventiladores de techo (uno en la sala de estar y uno en cada habitación). Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios. Wi-Fi de alta velocidad. Much needed respite

Thoroughly enjoyed it! Very nice place, great beach view, and really close to public beach access. House was like new (must have recently been remodeled) and it was very quiet and away from the crowds. Yet it was close enough to bars and restaurants that there was still plenty to do, and lots of good food to eat. Highly recommend!

Really nice place.

Really nice place: we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The one thing to be sure and note is this is a 3br property and 1 bath. My mistake I did not pay attention when booking. Easy on and off the beach. Enjoyed our stay.

Perfect beach house for six

We enjoyed our stay here so very much. Perfect for family of six especially with the outdoor shower. We loved the easy access to the beach through the fenced backyard. When we first walked in you could see and smell it was clean.The view was beautiful. It was like having our own private beach. The outdoor shower was a great idea.In the afternoons you could go under the deck to the breezeway and enjoy. Loved the fenced in yard for my small dog,he enjoyed it very much as well. The palm trees all around was awesome. Had a great time. Would like to go back next year.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second year staying at this home. It was clean and well stocked. The location is perfect on a quieter part of the island. Everything was in excellent working order. My only suggestion for improvement would be the same as last year and that would be to get some kind of window covering for the living area windows. Perfect location and super clean

This home was perfect for our small group. Very bright and clean. I didnt read the guestbook that was sent to me (my mistake) and was surprised by the lack of some things such as beach towels and beach chairs and kitchen goods like aluminum foil, coffee filters. The weather was awful so we were very thankful for the large collection of puzzles and board games. We made sweet family memories with our preteens who would normally never sit down with us to complete a puzzle.

Loved the house…a few improvements would make it even better.

We very much enjoyed this Beach house. My suggestions are to replace the door mat with one that actually works and doesn't get blazing hot. That's an easy one. This one is a biggie, and by biggie, I mean a no brainer…..since there is only one bathroom for the three bedroom house, enclose the outside shower. Should not be hard or too expensive. It was nice having hot water there. Also the outside hose could be a better one and longer so we could rinse the sand away from the shower area. The kitchen was very well outfitted. Misleading

To be listed as a beach front, ocean front property and even list in the description “beach path” is extremely misleading. Yes there is a path from the house directly to the beach and yes it is directly on the beach at the ocean. But to take that path and then get on the beach or to the ocean, you have to master a 3 foot drop off the sand embankment down to the beach. No where does it mention their check out process either. Load the dishwasher and take out trash (pretty normal) but then gather all the towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, bath towels and put them in the mesh laundry bags and place them at the front so the laundry service can get them?? Also, if there is carpet or rugs they provide a vacuum and want you to vacuum them before leaving. Not sure why you have to pay such a high cleaning fee and linen fee if your required to do all that. I’m sure they say it says on the sheet “if you don’t mind” but then if you don’t you’re technically breaking their house rule and they could put a claim with Vrbo against you. Very poorly managed by this property management company.

We appreciate your feedback on the property. The property is not listed with direct beach access, since the closest beach access is a couple houses down, it is listed as beach/ocean view. As for the departure check list, this is something we ask guests to do to help out the housekeepers between guests. All that was requested was to take out the trash, strip your sheets and load and start the dishwasher. We do not expect our guests to vacuum or clean the house before departure. We are sorry to hear that you felt this way, and do wish we could have discussed or addressed any of these issues during your stay but do hope that you enjoyed your time on Folly Beach.

Wonderful house, great location!

Quiet area of the island was ideal. House was well maintained, decorated and cleaned. Just the right amount of dishes/cookware. We had an issue with the dishwasher which management dealt with in a timely manner. Really appreciated the great communication. Would definitely stay here again!
