Lovely Private Studio with Full Bath
Summary:
My family has been living here for more than 10 years! Good and safe Neighborhood, walking distance to Westlake shopping center. Small but have everything you need for a simple stay. Queen bed, dinning table (can be used as a work desk), loveseat, TV, Kitchenette, microwave, free coffee/tea; fridge & toaster. No cooking is allowed. New bathroom. No party/ no Smoke please, we have baby and young kids living here. Co-host by Superhost!
The Space:
Owner is occupying the top unit and this is a studio with separate entrance. Luxury linens including bath towels, hand towel, wash towels & make up towels. We hire professional cleaners to change all sheets and sanitize.
Guest Access:
Contactless but we are living in the same house. In case you need help, we are here.
Other Things to Note:
To enhance security measures for our guests and the property, we will be sending an online registration link to your email. This link will contain preliminary questions that need to be answered. Additionally, we might request a copy of your ID to verify the individual who will be staying. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our guests and premises.
For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days please note that we require a background check process through a secure organization online for $49 fee.
We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests.
Also, there will be an additional utility fee of $100 per month ($150 for winter season) for long term stay.
We love welcoming pets at no additional cost! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow our pet guidelines:
1. No pets on furniture or beds – Help us keep our space clean and cozy for all guests. Please bring your pet’s bedding.
2. Leash required in shared common areas – For the safety and comfort of everyone, please keep your pet on a leash in communal spaces.
3. Breed approval required – Kindly mention your pet’s breed when booking for approval.
4. Responsible pet ownership – While there’s no pet fee, we ask that you keep our furniture clean and free from damage. Any damages caused by pets will be the owner’s responsibility.
