This is a musty stinky unit with roaches in it. Pick a different place and don’t stay here. If you complain they will just send you a canned response that they local team was alerted but they will never come or contact you or help.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Cons: - This unit is located along a busy road. The bedrooms (particularly one), are disrupted by traffic noise. If you’re a light sleeper or have kids, it’s not great. - The unit pictured on Expedia is not the rental unit advertised. The actual unit is at the far back corner of the property. The photos are extremely misleading. The unit we were expecting based on images online with arrows show ocean facing unit with large expansive lawn. Very disappointed, feel somewhat scammed by the images. - The furnishings are very dated & worn. Carpets are dirty, need replacement. - No instructions were provided as to where on property our unit was located. Arriving in the dark, we spent half hour looking for our unit. Our parking space was taken by another car. - Bathroom tubs are old/grimy. Fine for showering but would not use for bath. - While kitchen was well stocked with essentials, quality of utensils and knives is poor/dull. Cooler was broken. PROS: Size of unit is large, and property itself is great in terms of location, pool and recreation options. -Beaches nearby are great for families and Poipu region convenient to get to other main attractions on Kauai. - A\C units were great when (rarely) needed - Washer/dryer was convenient and functional - BBQs (shared) worked well - Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas appreciated for beach use. Overall, we felt the property did not meet expectations and online advertising was misleading. We would not choose to stay in this unit again.
