This was a great place to stay! The pool and backyard is amazing! We paid for the pool to be heated and it made it very enjoyable for us to swim since the weather wasn’t very warm yet. The information provided and the check in process was great! We would stay here again when we go back to AZ!

Wonderful property!

Perfect for the 12 days we were there for a baseball tournament. The home had plenty of room for all of us, wonderful amenities, and a great pool to relax in. A Keurig coffee maker and access to the garage for our car would have been nice.

Wonderful Home

This was an amazing home. Beautifully kept, very comfortable, couches, beds - and they had so many little touches that made you feel at home! We go to Phoenix at least once every couple of years and we would definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive with any questions we had. Just a wonderful experience.

Oasis in the desert

This house is just like the pics. It was perfect for our needs. Having a pool was a plus and gave us something extra to do in the evenings. It was great to sit outside and hear the fountain and have a converstion. The location was perfect to everything. The neighborhood is quiet day or night. It was a perk to see the jet fighters overhead because the base is close. Very cool to watch. I highly reccomend staying here.

Amazing home!

The home and backyard were very clean. We really enjoyed the layout of the house! It was very roomy and cozy! The pool was amazing- we had it heated the entire stay and it was SO WORTH IT! We all spent a lot of time swimming and lounging in the sun. Lots of spots to sit in the backyard as well. The house came stocked with fun pool toys as well as a variety of board & card games! We had the best time staying here for a full week :) Thank you!

very nice place and owners are excellent communicators.

very nice place, very clean and well furnished. 2 things to note (and neither were a huge deal to us) 1) TV channels are limited to free channels and we couldnt get the TVs in the bedrooms to bring up any channels and 2) the master shower is pretty small - it works fine, but it is small.

Loved the house and how everything was thought out. Plenty of charge plugs and TVs in all the bedrooms. A few snacks set out, had all the cooking supplies needed. Good location for Spring Training games on West side of Phoenix.

Cleanest Property Ever!!

We have stayed in many Phoenix area rentals over the last couple of years and this is by far the cleanest and best prepared home we have ever stayed in. All rooms were immaculate, all necessary items were available, outdoor area and pool were perfect. Layout was great for our family of 4, and the communication with the owner was easy. Fantastic home – Great communication What an amazing property! The home is immaculate and had all the amenities needed for a great and relaxing time. It was truly a beautiful home and better than we envisioned it would be. The description and amenities listed in the posting were spot on. From the comfortable beds to the nice pool, a great grill, amazing kitchen, wifi, and the number of TVs, it made for a very relaxing stay. My party was amazed at the level of detail and organization the owners have put into this home. From labeling where things are in the cabinets, to the binder of restaurants and things to do, and all the tips about the pool etc. it made the trip very easy and made us feel very much at home. The communication from the start of our booking throughout the entire process was amazing as well, they really put effort into making sure your stay is comfortable and that you have everything you need for a great trip. If our travels bring us back to Surprise in the future, we will certainly book this place again, it was great.

The pool is perfect. The house had everything a family could need. Beds are super comfy and the house is spacious. The weather was extra hot, but we were still glad we had the pool heated. The hosts are great, clearly communicated everything we needed to know and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Probably the best family vacation we've had!
