I stayed in this condo with my 2 teenage sons. Overall, the condo is on the smaller side, but was perfect for a small family or 2 couples. Everything was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the living area was plenty comfortable to hang out and relax in. I appreciated the extras like toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee. There were a few things I wish were provided, such as sandwich bags, an ice pack or maybe a small cooler for being out hiking all day. There are fans in the rooms which are much needed in summer, but you can put them in the window and it cools down quickly. The view from the balcony was important to me, and I didn’t feel like the pictures showed how nice it really was. It’s pretty bright during sunrise, but the view of Mt Crested Butte and the side of town was perfect. The hot tub was big and clean and we enjoyed it in the evenings. The condo was conveniently located, easy to find and we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable stay. A few small things. We didn't have the building's door code at check in and stood there awhile looking through every email and communication and finally someone left and let us in. The code IS listed in the materials in the condo but that's useless when you're standing outside. There is a washer/dryer but no soap. That would have been great as we had some muddy hikes and returned thinking we could wash a small load -- but nope. And too late to head into town to buy soap. The box fans are nice, but with rising temps all over Colorado, more shade on the patio would help keep the place cooler in the summer. It was honestly unbearable in the afternoon. We even opened to the front door to create a draft. Maybe a ceiling fan would help? A solid 5-10 degrees hotter inside than outside. Speaking of outside, the patio is nice but so noisy. A bus stops below you, and there is a pool at a neighboring condo. So if it isn't kids daredeviling into the pool it's the noisy engine and brakes. The layout is hilariously tiny. Yes it is a 2 bedroom, but really should be a 1 bedroom. It's nicely appointed though. Very clean, good quality linens and towels, nice hot tub on site. But if you are more than 3 people, maybe look for something with more square footage. These are gripes I want to share for people comparing places. Bc there are so many that are the same. Look for something not facing the ski area in the summer.
