Los Altos

Great condo conveniently located.

Our family enjoyed a great stay at this property over the Christmas break. It had enough space for a family of 5 plus two grandparents traveling together. Compared to other properties of this size, it was much more affordable. We enjoyed walking across the driveway to the two large, well maintained hot tubs in the evening and the kids liked the heated pool. The atrium with the pull out bed is in the entryway of the condo and next to the kitchen, so is not ideal for a separate bedroom. The mattress on the pull out is quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced as well as some of the extra blankets which we found in the closets. The water here is quite hard and the dishwasher left a film on everything so we ended up washing everything by hand. The Park City mountain is walkable for skiing but we drove each day and the parking lot is literally around the corner. Would definitely come back.

Great location

The good...location, well maintained condo properties about 100 town homes. Good appliances. The less good. One air conditioner vents into the house and is useless. The tall ceiling in the entry area has a skylight that heats up the unit. The owners use all the storage space and the condo assoc does not permit bikes or anything other than your car to be parked in the garage. Only one set of sheets per bedroom. The area carpet is trash and we removed it. The owners quite frankly are cheap. We spent 3 months and the rent was $3700 per month. Considerably more than other townhome units. Most of the rental units are rented by regulars so there is little choice. Do I recommend the property yes with the above mentioned caveats.

Owner's Response: Well four out of five stars is not bad. In response to this review. Just to clarify, we had to chase this renter down for the last month's rent. We finally settled it. I have refrained from leaving him a review as he probably would never be able to rent on VRBO again. We understand sometimes people have financial trouble. 1) The owner had rented the property the previous Summer at the same price and immediately rebooked for the next Summer at the same rate so not sure what he means. The pricing, includes all utilities and is quite competitive for a gorgeous three bedroom beside the golf course walking distance to everything. You don't need a car here. We are in the center of Park City proper. 2) All the A/C units were cleaned and tested prior to his arrival. They blast cold air and with the ceiling fans and the open layout the unit stays quite cool. The skylight also opens, allowing fresh air in. Never a complaint from this renter or any of our previous Summer Guests. 3)The carpets and rugs were professionally cleaned before his arrival. Not one complaint. Maybe he didn't like our color schemes. We appreciate responses to how we can improve our property and the overall experience for all our vacationers. Mahalo! Looking forward to a great 2017/2018 Ski Season!

Great place to stay. The place was clean and well stocked! The kitchen was comfortable with all the bar stools! Our whole group could be together eating breakfast and getting ready to hit the slopes. We walked to and from the ski hill-great access. The bus to old town was easy and free. Overall great location and great skiing!!

Great Ski Vacation Spot

This was a fantastic place. Plenty of room for a party of 6. Could have held more. Very convenient to the hot tub downtown and slopes will not crowded. I would stay here again in a second. Property manager was very accessible with questions and instructions. 5 star

Stayed at this condo in Park City with family for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The condo is clean, roomy and very comfortable, and the owner is very friendly and considerate. Will come back again next year!
