Discover the perfect San Diego getaway! Our modern, stylish home offers breathtaking harbor views and is just steps from Balboa Park, Little Italy, and Downtown. Enjoy a chef-style kitchen, luxurious amenities, and unbeatable convenience. Relax and sip on your favorite beverage out on the balcony as you watch the sunset fade into the Pacific. Experience the best of San Diego living in this pristine, newly renovated space.
1. No Parties.
2. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may not book for another person.
3. Please do not park on the street or you will be towed. The driveway can fit up to 3 cars.
4. Do not use the premise for illegal activity.
5. No Smoking.
6. No Pets. If a pet a brought there will be a $250 additional fee charged to sanitize for guests with allergies and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.
7. Damages will be billed to the guest and reported to Airbnb.
8. Turn lights off and AC/Heat when away.
9. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am.
10. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed unless prior approval is given. Additional guests without approval may result in a fee of $20 per person OR a cancelled reservation without refund.
