Great Location

  • 5 of 5

We left a note for housekeeping that the bulbs were burnt out in the livingroom lamps and the DISH remote had a low battery warning: things that housekeeping would be unlikely to check. Otherwise, everything was fine and the house was well outfitted with dishes, cookware, linens and nearly everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was close to US Hwy 101 for day trips around the area and we also could walk to the beach from the house. We enjoyed views of the sunsets from the deck.

Wonderful Experience.

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed being in the house that sat up on a hill looking over the town and ocean. Lots of things in the house that our daughter enjoyed to look at. Thanks again for sharing your home. Super fun. We are never getting a hotel again.

Nice place though well worn

  • 3 of 5

This house was in good location, nice quiet area. The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking. The house is very clean though everything is well worn especially the carpet (this is obviously due to pets being allowed so I don't see that changing anytime soon). There is no reason not to stay here, we have just stayed in newer/nicer Vacasa rentals that allow pets and I probably wouldn't choose this one again. But it is a perfectly fine place to stay.

Less is more!

  • 4 of 5

Good location, lovely ocean view deck, lots of amenities. Very home-y. Editing away 1/3 of beach-themed objects d'arte would make maintenance & cleaning easier for your staff, less dust/allergens for guests.

Not Pet Friendly

  • 3 of 5

The area for a pet is approximately 30" by 20'. With weeds over knee high. The property fence has several areas where a smaller dog can get under. And the area is open at one end onto a small patio which would then allow the pet to wander to the front of the house and down to the street. We remained with our pet to ensure her safety.
