Welcome to The Gathering Place at Sugar Mountain, where rustic mountain charm meets comfort, space, and unforgettable views. Perched in a private, secluded setting overlooking Sugar Mountain, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath retreat is designed for relaxing, reconnecting, and making memories—any season of the year.
Start your mornings on one of two spacious decks, coffee in hand, soaking in sweeping mountain views. After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring, unwind in the private 5-seat hot tub or cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace in the living room, complete with plush reclining seating and a Smart TV for movie nights.
The home comfortably sleeps large groups with a thoughtful layout. The main level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a king master with en-suite bath and two queen bedrooms. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms—one king and one queen, each with a futon and private bath—offer extra privacy and direct walk-out access to the lower deck and views. Every bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV for added comfort.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area overlook Sugar Mountain, making every meal part of the experience. With easy access via a flat driveway just off the main highway, you’re close to it all while still enjoying peace and privacy. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is only 4 minutes away, with a shuttle stop right by the house.
